I contacted this urgent care after experiencing significant stomach pain from a medication that was…read moreprescribed to me and called to ask about alternative options. After multiple delayed callbacks, the physician eventually spoke with me by phone. When I asked reasonable follow-up questions about medication side effects, the conversation escalated. The physician became verbally aggressive, stated there was nothing further the urgent care could do, and originally refused to provide her name. The call was then handed over to the manager, who immediately raised her voice, spoke over me, accused me of demanding medications, and continued escalating the interaction. When I stated that the call was being recorded, she incorrectly claimed this was illegal in New Jersey, used profanity, and abruptly ended the call. I was calling as a sick patient trying to discuss side effects and treatment options. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. The fact that this is how they treat sick patients who are just asking a few questions is very telling about the "care" they provide.

I was greeted by the owner and in no time she introduced me to the esthetician that would be doing my facial. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to hear out all my skin concerns given that I had a history with acne. The hydro facial itself was INCREDIBLE! I instantly felt like my skin was refreshed and rejuvenated and I decided right away to get a package. I had the most gorgeous glow and got compliments for days after. Definitely going back to also try the dermaplaning & micro needling at some point as well. Overall, I highlyy recommend this place if you're looking for a personalized skin & beauty experience! Can't wait for my next appointment

The laser treatment was not that affective and whether that is because of my hair type or they're scamming everyone it doesn't make a difference because everyone in that office is fake nice i see right through each of them. The woman at the front desk made a face at me, shrugged, and laughed in my face when I got upset because they took back the session they promised they would give me. I have been a client of Elizabeth Roche Med Spa for over three years now and couldn't be happier…read morewith my treatments and results. As I approached my 40's i knew it was time to start preventative aging treatments which included photo rejuvenation, lasers, some Botox and of course medical grade facials on a bi monthly basis. Although all these treatments all worked like a charm I of course was ready for just a little more after three years of the same treatments. After doing some internet research along with talking to friends, i discovered the miracle of the Ultherapy treatment. After seeing my friends results along with the rave reviews throughout social media and internet I knew it was something I wanted to try. The only downfall here was that everyone had always said how painful the treatment can be. Not afraid of pain, I wasn't too concerned and went ahead with my first treatment. All I can say is it was far from an easy and comfortable procedure as I had refused any numbing cream or other medications that would have made the procedure easier to endure. I overestimated my pain threshold and was NOT looking foward to treatment number two within the next few months. After voicing my concerns to Dr. Roche she immediately assured me that The next treatment will be much easier if I simply don't refuse the pain management options she provides. Skip to treatment number two which i was reluctantly looking foward to . This time I said, OK give me my options. Dr. Roche and the staff immediately knew what I needed. After some topical numbing cream, a Valium to relax me during the procedure ( and only if I had someone to pick me up after the procedure was completed ), and dental block injections which numbed the areas being treated I was ready to endure. Needless to say, I found my second Ultherapy treatment to be the most pleasant, pain free treatments I have received to date. I had an audiobook on for the next hour and was happy for her to do even the most difficult area which is neck for most people. For anyone considering this treatment but are reluctant due to the fear of pain it may cause I would HIGHLY recommend getting the procedure done with Dr. Roche. Ultherapy has amazing results and if you are able to endure it especially with minimal to no pain then go directly to the Elizabeth Roche Med Spa. I can absolutely attest to the effectiveness of all the treatments I have received as well as the exceptional professional staff and office enviornment that is maintained. Maintaining our beauty and youth is already a continuous process ... Why make it more difficult then it has to be. ;) ... Thank you Dr. Roche and staff for always keeping me feeling beautiful and youthful ... Gracefully aging hasn't felt so good :)

Not only knowledgeable, but also calm, reassuring AND takes the time to clearly explain to the patient AND allow for questions. In fact, I arrived for my third visit a little more than an hour early--due to another appointment elsewhere that went much more quickly than I expected--and expected to wait. Well, Dr. Scherl saw me early! I also want to mention the terrific layout of the office--modern, well-lit, clean...and the Food Network on the big-screen television in the waiting room. *smile) You cannot go wrong!!!!!
