Love the Bram's. I started with them some 25 plus years ago when they started their practice in Queens. After several years they moved out to Long Island. Since then it has been tough to find people as professional and friendly as them. Now that I've moved out to Long Island too, it has been great to reconnect with them again. Most dentists are shocked at how perfect their work is. Filling are only supposed to last 8-12 years (if your lucky) I still have some of my originals from back in the day. It is interesting that the response to my review was written by Mark Bram who not only never treated me nor did we ever have any communication when I was in Bram Dental office. Further, no mention is made by Bram Dental that I was assured by their office that they are "In Network" with my insurance but later I found out from Bram Dental alleged "office manager" that Mark Bram was the dentist "In Network" but not Lea Bram who I met with. One of the best decisions I ever made was not allowing Bram Dental to perform dental work on my teeth! read more

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bram for over 10 Years. The staff is always friendly, and very efficient. I think in the 10 years I have been going, I only had to wait in the waiting room once, and that was because someone had an emergency. I have no worries when I make a lunch time appointment, that I will get back to work in time, which is great. In the chair both Dr. Bram and their hygienist are polite and attentive, they go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable with whatever they are doing. I moved to Long Island and before I had a chance to find a new dentist, I had an accident and broke four front teeth. I was about to panic when my friend recommended her dentist, Dr. Mark Bram. I was nervous about seeing a new dentist, especially since the work involved my front teeth but Dr. Bram was wonderful. Even though I was a new patient, Dr. Bram made time in his busy schedule to see me right away. He was pleasant, professional and had a very gentle touch. To avoid my feeling self-conscious about damaged front teeth, he created and put in temporary teeth which looked amazingly real. He then did all he could to finish and put in my permanent teeth as soon as was possible. I was amazed at how great they looked. I was even more amazed when I received a call from Dr. Bram after my appointment to check on how I was feeling and make sure I was happy with the results. Dr. Bram has a true talent for creating beautiful, natural-looking results. I now have a smile which gets more compliments than ever and owe it all to Dr. Bram. Was satisfied at first, but then the truth bending began. When I asked how much to repair a partial I was told by Leah around $250. to around $300. How much did I pay? $1250 for a complete replacement. Leah also tried to talk me in to a root canal without checking with my insurance first. I said no, and glad I did. It would of cost me well over $1200 with no insurance. Leah also contacted my spouse to complain about me and my terrible attitude. Yes, people love playing the victim. Not at all a fan anymore. My husband & I visited Dr. Mark & Lea Bram DDS yesterday for a cleaning and x-rays - after receiving a post card offering the service for $49. My husband HATES going to the dentist (and had not gone for 6+ years) because every time he has gone they try and tell him he needs thousands of dollars of dental work. So he cautiously went to the appointment with me and we both were amazed. Both Lea & Mark were incredibly honest, kind and professional. After our X-rays, they showed us what we each needed to be doing better (flossing of coarse) and gave us suggestions for long term maintenance for our teeth. After a pain free appointment with cleaning we were both in shock that there were NO gimmicks, no $5000 route canal suggestions or cavities that needed emergency filling. I even asked them about a quote I received for porcelain Veneers (from another dentist) and they told me quite honestly I did not need them. This was refreshing considering they DO Lumineers there in their office. Instead of trying to convince me I needed the $40,000 of work, they gave me the name of an orthodontist that they really trust. WOW! I was amazed - so refreshing to not be hustled at the dentist!! They are the real deal. Honest, professional and truly passionate about straight forward dentistry. We liked them so much we booked our next cleaning in 6 months. Thank you so MUCH! read more

I have been to many dentists before and had stains removed from my teeth without having such rough handling. All of the staff including Dr. Lea Bram were very friendly. The issue both my wife and I had was the cleaning done by Dr. Lea Bram was too rough for both of us. I have a small area of my gums still injured 1 week later that is painful and bleeding every time I brush. My wife had a small chip on her tooth afterwards. The cleaning was done but wasn't at the same level we have had before and as mentioned above should have been a lot more gentle and less rushed. Sorry we will not return here. After now seeing your reply to my review it is even more evident that this dentist office should be avoided by all. When a customer brings something to your attention instead of addressing this and apologizing you blame the customer. This shows incompetence and lack of professionalism. I failed to mention the last time that we came that on top of the cleaning being painful and rough that my wife and I both had x-rays of our teeth. After the girl took many x-rays for several minutes she still did not even capture our wisdom teeth. When Dr. Lea Bram reviewed these x-rays she asked us both if we still had wisdom teeth. You don't even have a competent person to take x-rays and you exposed my wife and I to plenty of radiation without getting a complete set of dental X-rays. Dr. Lea said to both of us we should just take another complete x-ray on the next visit. Don't try to blame the customer when the problem is clearly in your practice. I am a medical professional with a background in Radiology so I know better then this. Please fix your problems and don't put your patients in harm. read more

Myself and my family have been patients for over 15 years and their easy bedside manner along with their knowledge and up to date procedures has always made our visits comfortable and pain free. Yesterday I called late in the afternoon because I had just chipped my front tooth!!!!! Both Dr. Lea & Dr. Mark met me in their office at 9:30 before office hours, to restore my front tooth.... I was so thankful but the best is....They didn't charge me a dime!!! I have four kids and have not had good luck finding a dentist who will let me book all four appointments at once. Drs. Bram are fantastic. They work with my schedule, know just enough work that my kids can handle and are just so friendly and patient with my kids. not only that but I love going there as well.
