Despite this, they brought me into the room at 5:45 PM for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning--and then insisted on doing X-rays. I explained again that I had limited time, and was told, "We'll get you out by 6:15." I asked how a 45-minute cleaning and X-rays could possibly be done in 30 minutes, but nobody seemed interested in listening. When I requested to speak to the doctor, I was told I couldn't. So I left, incredibly frustrated that after years of loyalty, I was being treated like just another name on a chart. Since then, no one from the practice followed up to apologize, ask what happened, or even check in. But the automated texts kept coming like clockwork. I gave it a few months to cool off and even tried to schedule a follow-up appointment to give them another chance. Instead, I was met with more resistance and indifference. I expressed my concerns over the phone and was rudely dismissed. When I said I would consider writing a review if this continued, the staff member curtly responded, "If you're going to threaten us, fine," and hung up on me. I wasn't planning to write this review, but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or basic customer service left me no choice. It's unfortunate to see a place I once trusted handle a loyal patient with such disregard. Shame on them for treating long-term patients this way.

The blonde lady nurse was nice enough to hold my hand when I received the numbing for my tooth, she was like a " mom" and talked to me - it was calming and the dr reassured me for my treatments. And NOW they have two new dentists in the practice & they are very nice. I recently needed to replace a back molar with a crown. Dr. Yuri was the dentist that took care of me. A big filling needed to come out, got my temporary crown & then waited to see if a root canal was in my immediate future. Luckily my nerve wasn't affected (trust me, at 65+yrs old. I've had a few drillings that turned into root canals). Dr. Yuri used a scanner (with a tool that scans your tooth) to make the permanent crown. Too high tech to explain but my new crown fits perfectly! I'm so relieved with the outcome. I highly recommend this practice.
