I called the dentist for the results and asked him to call me back. He never did. Additionally, I asked him to repair chipped teeth. His response was, "Mmm." This man is NOT a caring professional concerned with the well-being of his patients. To add insult to injury, Aruna, his receptionist, asks me to call the unions for coverage. That's HER job!

But I got disappointed after the 1st appointment with Dr. S. Isaacs that they are ont anymore part of UH network and, allegedly, Tyna had made a mistake confirming their participation. I did the cleaning, some x-rays, a filling and a quadrat of periodontal scaling (which was only 2 teeth), and in addition to what UH Dental paid, i ended up paying $350 out of my pocket. I have never been to a dentist that really cared about the issue I was having. When he put the needle in my mouth I did not even feel it. Every other dentist would just shove the needle in your gums. I was there for a good hour and a half. He fixed my problem and believe me I had to have a lot of work done. I give Dr. Citriniti 5 stars.
