He and his team did an amazing job, they understood my vision and were able to execute, they were efficient and made sure the work was completed properly. Renovation and construction projects can be extremely stressful, especially when my fully renovated home had a flood. Daniel and his team delivered, and I would absolutely recommend AVA Construction to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.

I cannot say enough good things about AVA Flood Restoration and how grateful we are for their team!…read more On June 29, 2026, a pipe burst in our home in the middle of the night, causing extensive water damage. We initially contacted a local plumbing and restoration company in Corona to repair the pipe and handle the water mitigation. Unfortunately, we quickly lost confidence in their ability to properly manage the situation. Days went by with our drywall and flooring still soaked, and there seemed to be little urgency in getting our house dried out. Concerned about further damage and potential mold growth, we decided to get a second opinion. That's when we called AVA Flood Restoration, and I'm so thankful we did! Within a couple of hours, their team arrived and immediately got to work. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans, began the water removal and drying process, and removed damaged drywall to properly address the moisture and help prevent mold. The difference in their responsiveness, professionalism, and overall approach was night and day. It was such a relief to finally feel like our home was in good hands. What I appreciate most about AVA is that they didn't just handle the water damage cleanup and mitigation; they also took care of the entire reconstruction. Having one company manage everything from the initial flood cleanup to putting our home back together made such a difference. They worked with our insurance company throughout the claim process, kept us informed, and made the reconstruction phase an absolute breeze. They even finished ahead of schedule! Dealing with water damage in your home is stressful enough, and after our initial experience, I was honestly dreading the entire restoration process. AVA completely changed that. Their team was responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting our home back to normal. We are incredibly grateful to AVA Flood Restoration for stepping in when we needed them most and making what could have been a very difficult process so much easier. If you ever need water damage restoration, emergency water mitigation, flood cleanup, or reconstruction, I would recommend AVA without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our home!

I hired American Renovation Service to do a shower rebuild after water got under the tiles. Chad and his crew did an excellent, thorough job checking for/fixing any water damage and retiling, replacing light fixture, changing to linear drain, add grab bars, and beautiful design. He even replaced the glass in the shower window. Chad was so great, I hired him to do a bunch of other work - fixing pool concrete surround, fixing interior/exterior water damage from AC drip, fix stair tiles, bathroom vanity repair, toilet repair, etc. I look forward to hiring ARS/Chad again should any opportunity arise.

Specifically, he worked on the countertops, tile backsplash, and the custom build/installation of our range vent. Chad was incredibly helpful in coordinating the logistics; since this property is in a remote mountain location, we selected our countertop material in San Diego, he handled the sourcing and fabrication in Palm Springs, and then arranged the transport of everything up to the house himself. He is diligent in his attention to detail. The tile backsplash has every line straight, thoughtfully placed, and exactly where it should be. We asked him to come up with a custom build for the vent hood, and after showing him a few inspiration photos from the internet, he matched the vision perfectly. What was really helpful was that he asked questions at every stage to ensure he had our input and didn't assume any decisions. He was patient and professional whenever we were slow to make a few of them. For our project, Chad worked mostly as a one-man operation. This was fine by us, as there was never any guesswork about who would be on-site and he maintained direct accountability for the entire project, start to finish. It's rare to find that combination of technical skill and straightforward, clear communication, and we definitely look forward to working with him again.

It made a huge difference I could see and feel. I love that "Peach E Clean" uses organic cleaning products that left no harsh scents. I literally felt more alive and breathed better (I have been having breathing issues for months) while they were doing their job. And the effect magnified after they were done. I am truly amazed! Eva and her team are very professional, efficient, friendly, and educational. She taught interesting facts about the environment and how it leads to certain issues in keeping a home cleaned. I could tell they enjoyed the process of cleaning and was happy to do the job. Here are a few things I noticed once the job was done: *My bathrooms looked brand sparking new with NO hard water stains in the toilet (The vinegar trick didn't work for me) *Carpet looked brand new *Appliances, oven, and sinks look new and shiny *Windows and baseboards are good as new Eva even went beyond the expectation and attempted to clean my large kitchen's tile and grout, which is not included in the cleaning service since the size of mines were too big. It didn't take long for her to get it looking close to perfection! In addition, my own home vacuum cleaner had stopped working effectively - Eva troubleshot it and got it to work! Replacement of broken tiles looks good, but time will tell if it lasts. The new sealer didn't seal. It unfurtanately rained the day after they finished, and multiple pin-holes and bubbles allowed water to get under the new sealing, leading to white splotches on the tile. In addition, one worker apparently stepped on the sealer while it was uncured, leaving an imprint of his sneaker under 6 layers of sealer. They did come back and "clean the surface" but it is clear to even an untrained eye the the issue with the pinholes went down to the bottom layer, Despite the apparently good reviews online, my experiece left me with a bad taste, WMMV
