In the beginning it was quite alright, short interaction. There was a cashier, and a girl making the food, and I guess another girl in the back playing with her hair? As she asked the cashier girl, "should I have my hair up?" As to the cashier lady turned away from us and went to talk to that girl. The oven girl, gave us our food, and then nothing. Just crickets. The same level of friendliness and quick service from staff. However the difference in quality was pretty noticeable at this location. For one they were training a new staff member in - but the matcha latte I ordered was definitely not up to par and what I expected from Blacksmith.
