I initially submitted a request for chimney…read morecleaning, and although we ultimately didn't move forward with the service (the chimney requires repairs first, so cleaning wouldn't make sense yet), everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I really appreciated the honesty and never once felt like I was being "sold" something. I also reached out about potentially scheduling a dryer vent cleaning with the chimney service. After taking a look, Elad confirmed that the dryer only has a short vent directly near the wall, allowing it to vent easily--so there was no need for service at this time. Overall, I truly appreciated Elad's honesty, professionalism, and kindness. I would absolutely recommend their services. 5 stars!

They came out, walked us through our options, and recommended converting to a tankless water heater. They also relocated the new unit from our laundry room to the attic, which gave us back valuable space in the house. The tankless system has already helped lower our energy costs, and we're really happy with the upgrade. From start to finish, they were professional, on time, stayed within the agreed budget, and were great to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the project and made the entire process much less stressful than we expected. If you're looking for an honest, reliable plumber, I highly recommend Master Tech Plumbing.
