(only Mondays are closed) I went in today and got a full face threading. First time in a long time I didn't have to come home and do little touch ups. My eyebrows look on point and my entire face and neck is fuzz free. It was a job well done. I have lived in this area for many years and have gone to many places. I am happy to say I have finally found a place that can do great work. I didn't have much time today to try out other services. They are a full service salon. But I will for sure be back. The lady that did my eyebrows is named Pinki. Also, another lady there was doing beautiful haircuts. Keep in mind this place is located on the second floor. It's totally worth the tiny detour.

I've been going to Krystal for about ten years now, and the drive is well worth it. These ladies have been in business for a few years now, and the level at which they stay busy shows the level of work which they do. For a small town salon, they bring the big city feel to town. These ladies bring a fresh option to a town full of mediocre salons. They do an excellent job of cuts, color, and style. For truly knowledgeable and up to date styles, this is the place to go.

I've been going to Sam at Mr Sam Salon for about two years now. My favorite part about him is that he'll actually give you his honest opinion and won't rush you out of his chair to get onto the next appointment. Mr Sam Salon is located inside of Elektra Hair Studio (on the first floor of an office building off of Augusta). There's plenty of parking, and when you walk into Elektra Hair Studio, ask for Sam. The best way to make an appointment with him is to call him at: (832) 303-3038. He's very flexible and can fit you in his schedule quite easily depending on what you're coming in for. Keep in mind that he doesn't work on Sundays or Mondays. Overall, Sam is my go-to-guy for hair-related stuff. He's patient and honest, and I wouldn't go to anybody else!

I always tell Barbi "I'm Truly Yours", and that's one of the reasons I bring her to salons like this located up on the NW Freeway. She's probably visited a good 100 salons over the years just in Houston alone, but then she's a very very prissy b**ch, and if she says this place is top notch then I absolutely believe her... No doubt the stylist was in a rush as she had other folks waiting but even the simplest hairstyles deserve attention to detail and care. All in all, it was a solid cut but it could have been a little cleaner on the edges.
