I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. You can go in and email the content that you wish to have produced, and this Office will become your new best printer friend.

I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. Very happy with the service at this store!

Everyone involved, from the owner on down, was exemplary. They were incredibly responsive from the very beginning, immediately understanding our tight timeline, budget, and the complexity of this large, custom job. The owner personally jumped in to help make it happen and made sure we had everything we needed to complete the project on time -- and beautifully. Kammie was wonderful from the get-go, and Dan went **ABOVE AND BEYOND** to make sure our workbooks were delivered and in our hands on time, with absolutely no delay. His attention to detail and commitment to getting everything across the finish line made such a difference. The attendees **RAVED** about how amazing the workbooks looked, and my clients were absolutely thrilled. Seeing the finished product come together so beautifully, especially under such a tight deadline, was incredibly rewarding. Having a team that genuinely cares makes all the difference. They took incredible care of us from start to finish, and we are so grateful. **If you need a printer you can count on--especially when the timeline is tight--look no further than Roadrunner Print Company. Highly, highly recommend!**

Jason, the owner has now responded to my review, after over eight months, but notably has not…read moreaddressed or disputed any of the specific workmanship and customer-service issues I described above in my initial review from January. Instead of apologizing and trying to make things right and keep my business, due to their poor framing and as a former long-time customer, he states that I was "permanently banned" because of alleged "repeated incidents of being disrespectful" to employees. I strongly dispute that characterization. At no time was I disrespectful to any of their employees and had been doing a lot of business with the previous owners close to 10 years..until they sold Mitre & Bevel to Jason. I did firmly object to receiving an improperly fitted frame for the third time and to being told that my canvas was the problem rather than the frame. More importantly, the owner's response does not acknowledge or address the central facts of my review: Did Jason at Mitre & Bevel measure my canvas himself, with me present? Yes. Was the resulting frame opening too small for the canvas to fit? Yes. Was this the third time I experienced this problem with frames they made for me? Yes. Was I told that they routinely "shave" rabbets when they are too small? Yes. Did I request that the frame be properly remade rather than altered after the fact? Yes. Did the owner instead choose to refund my deposit? Yes. And was the same canvas subsequently framed correctly and without difficulty by another professional framing business in town? Yes. Those are the issues my initial January review highlights. Rather than addressing any of those specific points, the owner's response attempts to shift the discussion to a false allegation about my behavior that I categorically dispute. Readers can decide for themselves whether Jason's response adequately addresses the detailed frame workmanship problems described in my review. I stand by my account of my bad experiences and by my decision, after three unsuccessful framing jobs with Mitre & Bevel, to take my professional artwork elsewhere to be framed properly.
