My first appointment today. I was unexpectedly running late, so I called to let them know. A…read morerather rude person told me I had a 15 minute grace period. I inquired what that meant and she was vague, but it sounded like if I was more than 15 minutes late they wouldn't be able to see me. I arrived 10 minutes late. 40 minutes later I was still sitting in the waiting room, I had not seen any nurse or doctor. I left. Why did I only get a 15 minute grace period. But they evidently have an unlimited amount of time that patients must wait before seeing a doctor. Will not return.

They kept calling people back who got there after I did, and when I questioned this, the employee got in my face and another rolled his eyes at me. I got fed up, told them where to stick my chart, and left. I doubt I''ll go back, as this is just another terrible example of the state of healthcare in the US. I had an active kidney stone, and my pain level was around a 6 out of ten, but they don't care. They just overbook appointments, and let the patients suffer in a dark waiting room being tortured by HGTV. If I have a 1 pm appointment, I expect to be seen at 1 pm, not nearly 4 pm.
