Now I have had the opportunity to have them do some work for me and I am also very impressed. They have a gutter cleaning/repair/maintenance team. Our home was built 28 years ago and after trying to seal the corners and joints for years, I finally decided to have it done professionally. I am also almost 70 and did not want to clean the gutters anymore. They added two downspouts where there were low spots and where I noticed overflowing with the heavy rains. They also found one area where the original gutters were not installed properly which has caused rot. I am SO happy I hired them to work for me. With them discovering the improperly installed gutter, I will be able to get it repaired at a minimal cost instead of a major one. If you want work done and you want it done right, call Alves. From start to finish I received constant contact about when they were coming, how long it would take and what needed to be done.

When I asked for a quote, Mark came out, inspected everything, measured everything, and gave me a quote the next day. Frankly, it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, so I spent time considering options. I had other companies offer quotes without seeing the roof, and that made me worry a bit about possible hidden costs. In the end, I went with Blue Sky, and I couldn't be happier. I haven't seen rain yet, but the roof looks great, and I have absolutely no worries. I have a small house, but the crew (John, Ben, Curtis, Scotty, and Nate) showed up when expected and finished the entire job in just three days. They were respectful, friendly, and even put up with my mess and four dogs (barking ad nauseam). They also cleaned up the area once they were finished. Many thanks to Mark and the crew. If I didn't have a beautiful new roof, I'd hire you again. See you in 40 Years?

Although the plexiglass sunroom roof was not technically what T&T had redone, it had not leaked before they put the new roof on, so we called them. They came back, took a look, did some more work. Lather, rinse, repeat. The sunroom leaked, we called, they did more work. This pattern repeated itself for several weeks. Then during a heavy rain, I stepped out our front door and the eaves were leaking like a sieve. This was a section they had re-roofed. That night I went prowling through our house with a flashlight, looking up at the ceiling. I found glistening water oozing through the ceiling in two rooms. This time Jerry at T&T said they would just entirely remove the new roof and replace it. They did an exemplary job, adding extra protection against leaking. When they tore the roofing shingles off, they saw they were cut slightly differently from how they are usually cut. It was a bad batch of shingles. All this time nobody at T&T complained. They took responsibility and replaced the faulty roof with a new one. We were so glad we went with a highly-rated company. Would recommend T&T.
