He actually hates quickbooks and will not look at it. If you question him he is quick to be defensive and offers no proactive advise on even the basic things. If you work with him know that you are responsible for catching any mistakes and knowing what you can write off or not. He will not make suggestions or ask questions to help you maximize your tax filing. He dumped me as a client after several years - when I pressed him to help me review my income and expenses (basic stuff, right?) saying he has 250 other clients and that he takes only what he's supplied and runs it through his software.
