I went back and reviewed my prior tax returns and realized she had made mistakes on previous years returns as well. These were straightforward deductions that any competent tax advisor should not miss. Her carelessness led me to overpay my taxes by thousands of dollars over the last several years. I don't know whether she was grossly negligent or just highly incompetent but either way I would stay far away from this place.
