My mother recently had an eye exam with a female doctor. After the exam, she politely asked the doctor's name. Instead of simply stating it, the doctor brusquely told her to put on her old, damaged glasses, escorted her out of the office, and pointed to the nameplate on the door as if my mom should just figure it out herself. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My mom, taken aback, quipped, "Oh, well, maybe I need a hearing test too." Apparently, she's immune to humanity. People like this who can't handle simple human interaction should immediately lose their job. read more

Waiting to get my glasses. Then the junk frames with extremely poor workmanship lenses don't go dark lenses pop out of the frames tried to fix them over 4 times . This shop is an in-network provider for a supplemental eyecare insurance I subscribed to. I stopped in to see their selection of eyeglass frames; very limited selection of titanium frames. Furthermore, they do not sell 1.74 density lightweight lenses. They were helpful but did not offer the kind of services that I was looking for. read more

Been coming here for 3 years (our whole family of 4) always a pleasant experience. Especially the ladies up front. We always end up chatting the whole time as the rest of the family has their exams, and picks out their glasses etc. They're always super helpful in helping us choose the right glasses for our prescriptions and navigating us through the process of using insurance and not. I was not impressed with the manner in which the optometrist treated me. While in between different eye machines my son texted me. She said, put the phone away, or I'll get my phone out.". I understood I was at the end of her day, but really... not very professional. read more

The best experience! Fast, thorough, excellent care. Doctor was great. Monica helped me pick out frames (I hate everything I pick out but she picked out 2 and they are both perfect). Went to pick up glasses and they took extra time to make sure they were adjusted to my face (dang right ear is just a bit lower!) can't recommend them enough! read more

I took both my daughter and my son to the optometrist here and was very impressed. She was very thorough with both of my children. She tested my son for colorblindness as it was suspected in an earlier eye examination at an earlier age. She explained his condition and also noticed that my daughter now needed to wear glasses full time. The office staff were very nice and patient with both of my children. I would definitely go back here and recommend going here to others. read more

I had an appointment at 2:15pm I was not called back until 2:38pm. To see the Dr. During our wait time. I tried telling the lady she had our insurance wrong. They go to a website and do not call your insurance company. I logged into my insurance website and tried to show her. She instantly got a dirty look on her face and said this print out us what I have to go by. Her and her co- worker said it's up to you to know your Insurance.....Ok so we logged in to show you.
