What an absolutely wonderful experience! Now usually I have nails so long I can reach the moon, but my job finally caught up with my scam, and told me to get in line. I was staying at a hotel near the airport, and couldn't get to my regular nail lady due to scheduling. I saw Vista online, and decided to stop by. Now they don't have the best reviews, and they don't get a lot of them, but from the photos you could tell that the quality was there. I'd been here one time before some years ago, and I really needed my nails done so I thought what do I have to lose? The vibe upon entering was super chill. The owner greeted me immediately, and asked me to pick a color. I really wanted something similar to what I already had, and they had a huge selection of it. When it was my turn, I had chosen a color and before I could speak, the nail tech said "is this bubble bath?" I laughed and yelled "yes! I am so amazed that you knew!". My nails came out EXACTLY how I wanted them. Length, quality, color, were PERFECT! And it took less than an hour, which is the fastest I've ever had my nails completed. Total was $50 & I left a $20 tip. Will be back! read more

I came for the first time wanting simple gel with chrome, pretty easy right? No tips or acrylics. I called to make an appt and showed up on time , I was then asked to come back 30 mins later bc of staffing issues which I didn't mind. About 40 mins later I was finally seated and got an older tech. She literally had no idea what she was doing. I had gel everywhere on my nails, she didn't understand what I was saying and she had never done chrome before. Something you'd think you'd know if you were working at a nail salon. She asked for help by a younger staff member who was nice but definitely didn't feel comfortable when this lady had no clue what she was doing! Chrome is so easy you just swipe it on. She of course messed it up and took forever . I had already been asked to wait 40 mins . The owner I think, mid age woman was very nice and offered a discount for the wait but it makes no sense to put a lady behind the counter who doesn't know how to do nails. needed a new nail place and decided to give this place near my new apartment a shot. I came in asking for white dip with tips and the staff was all very lovely very nice the entire time. unfortunately when I asked for dipped my nail tech said "you should get acrylic because dip melts" I was shocked because I had never heard that before but have only gotten dip once so was willing to change but she did dip for me because that's what I wanted. she should've said "you should get acrylic because i'm not skilled at doing dip and our dip powder sucks" because it's literally be three days and I have already lost four nails in either hands. the clear coat has come off of two of my nails and they look horrible. I basically took 50$ and lit it on fire. the dip powder didn't stick because it was such poor quality. she had to dip each of my fingers 8-9 times EACH. and she even said at one point the powder wanst drying and she didn't know why. save your money and just skip this place altogether. usually I would go back and make them fix it buti don't even want it fixed by them. goodbye! read more

I don't review places often but I feel like people deserve to know how good this place is. I'm visiting from California and needed to get my acrylics removed badly so I took a chance on this place. Mi spent time making sure to remove them with care. I've never seen someone take such good care of my nails. She was so patient and precise You can tell she takes great pride in her work. I got a gel manicure and Mi helped me pick out a fun style for Halloween. I can't say enough good things about Mi. Wonderful customer service and DD did such a great job on my Christmas nails! I usually get a deluxe pedi and dip powder. I broke a nail (dip powder) and they fixed it for free even though it had been at least a week. Have always had great experiences and friendly techs! I came here and paid $45 for a gel fill!! Absolutely furious. Never in my life have I ever paid that much at the most $30... I can get brand new full set for $40-50 max... this is insanity. This shop is clean and the people are friendly and nice. So I have real latex allergy. Hives & wheezing kind. I go in yesterday for a Mani pedi and notice the latex gloves on staff don't pedis and ask if there are no latex gloves. They say no and I defer on the pedi to avoid so creating issues. They send someone to the Walgreen's to get a box of non latex gloves. Then I get the orange pedi, a delightful rub with real Oranges and included a parafin bath! So relaxing!!!! But after she approached me in a way that was disrespectful I will not be returning. She also tried to tell me which nail salon I can go to. I can spend my $90 where ever I want to I don't need her to tell me where to spend my money at after being charged a lot but the lady across from me who had nails added ombré color and coffin shape nails wasn't charged as much and Wasn't even charged for the length of her nails. But I was charged for everything and didn't even get ombré I got plain dipping powder. So yes I will be going else where to spend my money. I used to go to this place for my pedi and mani and I loved the staff who were working there before. They are very friendly and nice. However I had to move to other state for a while and now when I came back, everything changed. I heard they have been under the new management. The price is insanely unreasonable and the service is quite not as good as before. And also they had me waiting for almost an hour without saying anything. I got the gel manicure and surprisingly after 3 days, the nails are chipped off. That never happened to me before and I never expected that to happen. Moreover, I don't really like the new management . She is really rude and rush on customers. I prefer the old management and never think of going back here again. So I have to tell you. I hate to be the person that complains. My friend had an issue with one of the ladies there and was extremely unhappy. I know he reviewed the salon and posted a picture of the lady which caused a bit of an argument in the salon. Two of my friends left. I sat forever getting my nails done to leave with a really poor job. As went to pay they asked me to pay for my friend who had the issue which I thought was really bad customer service. The issue was with them and had nothing to do with me. I left paying and over tipping because I didn't want to make a fuss. However reflecting it was a terrible job. He never cleaned my nail beds or under my nails and the paint was everywhere including the gel was unpolished. I hate to add to your poor review as I wanted to give you guys the benefit of doubt but a 3 year could of done better and I paid $45 I would really like a refund. read more

Same price as most nail places but less service provided and my nails came out a little sloppy. All the salons I've been to give a hand massage and some a courtesy shoulder/neck massage.
