The leaves had holes in them, the arrangement was sparse, and the basket was the cheap white kind from the 99 cent store. One small flower was added in a water tube into the soil, probably to give the dreary ensemble some color. It was embarrassing to receive this. I will not tell the person who sent it, because I know she probably paid a pretty penny for it, and she would feel terrible. But people, please avoid this flower shop. Their standards are shameful.

The person delivering the…read moreflowers must have been having a bad day--she couldn't stop complaining and didn't even hear my very clear instructions because she was talking over me. I was waiting for her in the hall (couldn't step away since I was in a work meeting), and she never showed up. When I called her to see if everything was okay, she said she left them in front of the door. I told her it was the wrong apartment, and she asked me to go get them myself. If we were already on the phone, why would you not call and hand them to me directly if you didn't see me? Smfh. Awful customer service. And to top it off, some of the flowers are already dying lol Update to their response: Durango Flower shop claimed I called them 10 minutes later. That was not true. They called at 3:39 and that call lasted for 2 minutes (3:41pm) when she got in the elevator. 2 minutes later (3:43pm) I called her and she claimed she was too far to bring the flowers to the correct address. She claimed the flowers were fresh but you can see the brown on the pink roses. ON TOP OF THAT it's so unprofessional to mention someone's 'apartment number' on a public forum. If I could take stars away I would. The phone number is their shop's number.

I couldn't pick up the flowers in time before they closed so he even left them next door for me to pick up. The flowers were so fresh and fragrant they made my car smell amazing. My mother kept saying how she wished the flowers were fake so they would last forever. These aren't your typical 1-800 flowers. You definitely get what you pay for.

I wanted to do something different and special for my wife this year when it came to flowers. Via Florelle delivered and far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately with the bad weather there were shipping delays in my flowers and would be late for Valentines Day. This was far out of Via Florelle's control but they took the time to proactively reach out to me and let me know. They told me that they've requested the flowers to go back to them and would allow me pick a different arrangement if I'd like. They were fast to communicate, and clearly spoken. They followed up on their promises and kept me updated along the way. When the arrangement made it to the house my wife was literally brought to tears of happiness. They made her feel extremely special. The quality of the flowers is perfect they are extremely fresh and stunning.

Also, regardless of what I paid for the flowers, which were $49.95, the flowers that I received don't even look $29.95 to me. I've attached an invoice of my purchase to show that the owner is a deceitful "witch." This review is regarding an arrangement I ordered for Mothers' Day. After seeing the flowers, it's clear that the owners are people of zero integrity. I ordered these flowers via Telefora and online, they were beautiful. I really hoped to make my mother happy with these flowers, but I was sadly mistaken. The flowers were a joke. They would be considered flowers you would send to people you hate. Not even a hobo would enjoy these flowers. Perhaps a person with zero taste and class would like them--someone who hated life. You may think I'm exaggerating, but I expected flowers that were worth $50. I could've made a better arrangement by picking flowers near the freeway exit. I really hope this place runs out of business very very soon. If you want CRAPPY, UGLY flowers, then this is the place!
