Upon arrival we met with Gladys at the flower shop and assured us the secured delivery and knew exactly where to deliver. We placed our order and as you know funeral arrangements are not cheap. On the day of the service, we went to the cemetery and when we arrived, we noticed our specific arrangements ordered from this place were thrown on the ground and broken, with roses out of place and in the ground, while the other arrangements from other shops were nicely placed and displayed. as a grieving family, you would want everything to go as plan, smooth and beautiful, as appreciation for your loved one. My husband called Gladys, and spoke to him and said that the arrangements were placed at the gravesite, but yet when she sent the pictures, it was no where near our grandbaby's site. Very disappointed that after talking with her, she was adiment that it was not her delivery workers but instead blamed it on Rose Hills. My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. Please do not place your orders with this shop, unless you want these arrangements destroyed.

Little Tokyo Florist at first quoted a higher price than I was expecting, but was able to lower the price and include as many orchids as possible within my budget. It turned out that a lot of orchids fit within the budget! The design of the spray was very beautiful, as I expected from photos of her work on Yelp. Delivery was $40 and the spray was $300, not including tax. After tax the total was $373.15. The flowers lasted a long time after the service, so we definitely got some fresh flowers.

First off he started with cleaning a table and sitting us down (other places didn't even bother to stop what they were doing). He then asked what date we needed the flowers( wedding-occasion) he didn't want to lead us on and deliver a half worked job If he was overly booked. Luckily he wasn't! We then went on by showing him what we wanted and the specific flowers. We wanted peonies but it wasn't its season anymore the wedding was in September so we just missed it's peak. He was very straight forward about the flowers and that he would try and get what we wanted but would let us know if he couldn't. We didn't get the color specifically we wanted but he worked his magic to make it look just as perfect. All in all the bouquet was everything we wanted! Would highly recommend. Ps, read about the yelper for Valentine's Day I mean come on let's be realistic don't show up the day off and expect and bouquet there and then specially if he's a highly booked person.

Beyond expectations. From the moment they answered they phone, I felt taken care of. Not just friendly, not just accommodating, they were lovely. The woman I spoke with, Anna, was so pleasant and chatty and made me feel like we were old friends. She asked my preferred price range, color preferences, if there were delivery time restrictions. Yes, there were --not only does Cedars Sinai Hospital have a strict 10am-4pm delivery policy, the recipient had allergies, which I totally forgot until she suggested a vase full of lilies might be a bit overwhelming for a hospital room. I did a lot of research on the web before I looked at their site. It is easy to navigate and beautiful, but I like to talk to a person when I order something, and I'm happy I called because it was worth the time spent. Bonus: I received an email confirmation of delivery with a photo of the flowers they sent. I don't know why they don't have more reviews but I got the kind of old-fashioned, friendly service that made me feel like they were happy I called and would remember me next time. The arrangement was not cheap ($100 with delivery) but it was totally creative and beautiful and stood out over all the other FTD crap my sister received. Highly recommended!! read more

I searched on line for a high end floral arrangement and found La Botanicals. I ordered on line very early in am before they opened. Everything went smoothly with the delivery to the hospital. The orchids were outstanding and were exactly as pictured - even better! They were delivered by noon the same day. Very pleased with service and would definitely use them again. read more

We ordered what we thought would be a beautiful "elegant celebration" as was the name of this particular piece for our friend who lost her father. On website, the branches and Lilly bouquet made the piece look unique, worthy of what we paid for. Was shocked to find out a piece that looked completely different than website photo was delivered instead, and it resembles a peacock of all things! This was not the vibe we had in mind for sending our condolences. We immediately contacted the shop for misrepresentation and false advertising, their first response was: "What do you want me to do? It was the best I could do in short time notice." Ummm what?? If you can't replicate the sample even remotely, maybe you shouldn't offer same day delivery if time was an issue. Then we're given more excuses of material not being available. Ok fine, it happens. They could have reached out to see if substitutions were acceptable, but nope. Different vase, arrangement not even similar in shape, colors are off... We weren't expecting twins but they're not even cousins! We spent over $200 for this so you could imagine our wtf moment when we saw this.. This arrangement may be fine to some, but what's the point of selecting a specific design we love if they'll send some mediocre looking piece we can get premade at Ralph's? Very disappointing experience, and needless to say, won't be ordering from here again.
