Tried to see if I would travel to Gloucester-1.5 hours from my home! It was very unprofessional & disorganized. She told me I had to go to the Newton office next week to re-do the interview. She tried to email & have me scan a barcode to apply right from my phone instead of sitting me at an office computer. When I asked for the WiFi, i saw that it was for a rented space, not for connected care. Saw many red flags from the onset of contact. The office had no sign of permanence, nor did I get the feeling they are legit. If they are, they churn/burn through caregivers. Stay away.

She ended up taking money from me she went out to bars with me we went to casino together while she was supposed to be taking care of my shoulder injury I now have to have a harassment order on her and have taken her to court multiple times I told the agency about the problems with the CNA and they did not do anything about it and that she was a threat and a liability to the company do not hire connected home care
