Lucy has been more than accommodating by helping to make my mother in law feel welcome and settled in . She has updated our family with daily texts , pictures etc . She has eased our minds( my husband and his 2 siblings ) and is very approachable. We had concerns since we made the decision to make the move and Lucy helped to ease our minds and nerves . She is very hard working , has a wonderful disposition and shows love and patience to not only my MIL but all the residents . When she didn't - I gave her the meds I have at home- they yelled at me every time, but they would rather kill my mother than admit that they don't have the meds on fri"..
