I've had little time and energy to keep up with my daughter, work, and the house, and as a result, our home was getting out of hand. I called, set up an appointment, and a nice lady named Debby arrived on my doorstep a few days later. I had a small list of chores that I'd been trying and failing to accomplish the whole week. Laundry was piling up in my hampers. Bottles and all their little accessories filled one kitchen sink, and a week's worth of dishes filled the other. Nearly every surface was cluttered with binkies, toys, used bibs, and everything else baby-related. The living room looked like a tornado had touched down in a Babies R Us then blew through our home. I thought I would never get the place in order again, but Debby worked magic. She did all that laundry, washed the dishes and bottles, picked up the clutter, and swept the floors in the time it took me to bathe, feed, and dress my daughter for the day and then get myself ready for work. Before I knew it, the time was up. The house looked great. The clothes were clean, and the socks were paired. Debby left with a smile, and I was on time for work. Yelp really ought to let us give less than one star. I had…read moremajor surgery, then went to rehab for three (3) weeks. Upon discharge home, THANKFULLY, the rehab center let me borrow a walker. I was told a new walker would be provided and it would be delivered within a couple days of my d/c. After a few days & no walker, I called the rehab center to find out who I needed to contact about the walker. I contacted Rotech. The woman that answered the phone started out civil enough. I introduced myself & explained why I was calling. She said they didn't have any walkers. I asked, as in don't sell them? She said they were out of stock. They'd had 20 but ran out. I asked, when might they be in? A day or two? A week? What time frame? She did not like to offer help or information. She finally said, it would be 8 weeks or so. Excuse me? Isn't part of your job as a medical supply company to provide medical supplies? I thought she was joking about the 8 wks... She mumbled something I couldn't understand & I asked, how do you run out? If you had twenty and got down to ten, why wouldn't you order more stock? I don't understand. I need a walker, you are approved through my insurance... She muttered something and hung up on me. Now, about 3 weeks later, I'm in hopes that Lincare will deliver this coming week. They take a couple weeks after dragging about paperwork, then waiting a few days to put in the order? Thankfully a walker was lent to me...

Some caregivers were late and not on time, or left early. The response to requests and preferences of the individual patient were either ignored or changed to suit the caregiver. Repeated calls to the owner, Melissa were not taken seriously and resulted in finding another service provider to take better care of our family member. If you want your loved ones to be taken care of, recommend trying another firm.

The staff, except for pt, is mostly bad. They are not responsive and act like you're bothering them. She actually had to tell the nurse to change the dressing on her wound. When she finished she was actually going to put the soiled, bloody bandage back on her until I told her no way!!!! The fiid is horrible. It is dark and dreary and they don't clean. She had something sticky on her floor that we complained about and it they didn't clean it til the next day. Her tray was grimy and they didn't ckean that either til I complained. The worst of all was when she woke up in the middle of the night with roaches crawling on her and in her bed. Needless to say she left the next morning. This place is gross. Do not go here!

I never had any problems and when there were concerns they were well communicated and addressed immediately. This was a very clean facility and the food was very well prepared and tasty. I would highly recommend Solaris Healthcare for anyone seeking a short term rehab the therapy was the greatest and worked wonders with mom she made great progress with fantastic therapist. I highly recommend Solaris Healthcare.
