I have been going there many years and wasn't sure about new ownership but it is now bright and cheery and clean.. but the ladies make my blood draw just a little better. Keep up the good work.

Never has my vein stop bleeding ever. Look I'm not squeamish with needles but I know a lot of people who are. It hurt like hell and my arm hurt every day after more and more with a giant lump over the spot she stuck me. While the lump is down now at day 6 there's a giant yellow bruise still there. I'll confidently say, I've never had that bad of an experience getting my blood drawn.

Guy walks out who work there said he would help people fill out kiosk. I said I'm dropping my sample off. He said you need an appointment. I filled it out. Appointment 9:40 on screen in lobby. I leave came back no name! I filled it out again. A Girl walked out she said she called my name no show, it was 9:35? I said my sample now over an hour is here. She said go back to room 1. I did she walked in said I'd please. She looked it up said ok got it your done. I left got home around 10:00 am.

Then the receptionist was nasty and because the medical code didn't match a Wellness exam, she was told to "err on the side of the 20% copay." Really? Why not err on the side of the patient who already checked with Medicare that the Wellness exam was free once a year? I'm on Medicare because I'm disabled and cannot afford medical bills. Not happy with them at all and never going back!

AM is an approved testing lab for amazon sellers - I had asked about pricing and the program, and questions related to that program. After 2 emails to a "salesperson" with not one question being answered (including price of a pack of 5 pack blue pen set) - how can they not answer that? I inquired what communication they have with amazon about sellers using their services - nothing ... I asked if there is any financial benefit by being used on amazon - nothing - The idea was to budget future testing of items being sold - as amazon requires. Since amazon has an approved list, and sellers must use that list - comparison prices are essential. I got nothing from the salesperson - BUT did get a fairly lengthy email from a "Roger Mattila" who asked why i was taking my "frustration" out on his salesman? Telling me I did not have the money to test with them, and questioning my time in online sales. Making accusations to me personally, when I asked about his business, business practices, costs associated with using their service. The fact is, selling a $8 item on amazon, and a testing company not giving quotes, means it is not cost effective to use AM testing to sell online - I hope this helps other sellers, as the program of testing already tested products online is legit - but this company is not the one to do it with..... Came in here 2 times back to back with appointments trying to get a drug test for my captains…read morelicense. I had appointments both times. I would come in ready to pee, because I have an appointment. Would continue to wait over a hour Even with an appointment. There is nobody to talk to they close the window on you and will not speak unless your called upon. Worst place I've ever been to for a drug test. I instead went to a different drug test place and was called upon with no appointment in less the 5 minutes. Whole process took maybe 10 minutes. Will never go to a Lab Corp again.

I now call her to come to my home for all my blood draws. Sure, I could go to a patient service center and have my blood drawn but I'm busy and can't always get an appointment. Although it's an extra charge, Marie is well worth the small fee to get a quick, efficient and friendly service. i highly recommend her!
