This company was hired to take care of my father, who is on hospice care and is suffering with dementia. As such, this company made a bad situation worse. The owner took absolutely no responsibility for her staff, and in fact, is what I would call a "pot stirrer". She created difficulties between her staff, and staffing problems when there should have been none. She was constantly defensive, divisive and had no protocols in place to deal with the Covid Virus. Only one staff member wore a mask. Consequently, one of her staff EXPOSED my parents to the Covid Virus, and getting straight answers from her, regarding the Covid status was almost impossible. She also did not have her staff keep account of patient data as shifts changed. We had to initiate that. People came and went at a dizzying speed, as people resigned from her employ. New faces showed up, unannounced, with no idea as to what to do. This woman argued, lied, made excuses, got her stories twisted, and could not have been anymore irresponsible if she tried. The staff duties that were outlined for us, when we hired this company were constantly derailed as employees watched, tv, sat outside, talked on their phones and neglected tasks that are outlined in the company marketing guide. I will be filing complaints with the ACHA, the Department of Health, including the corporate office, and the Florida Board of Professional Regulation. As a result of her pulling all of her employees, at the last minute, with the exception of one, (not sure why one was allowed to finish her shift) we were virtually left with no healthcare aides. The one good thing is, that as of today, Satan seems to have left my parents home and taken all negative energy along. Sadly, the owner will never admit to any of the above, but rather remain defensive and argumentative. It's a shame when you trust someone who owns a business to have integrity, and find out they have none.

My PCP referred me to Dr. Amy Nance at the NFRMC cancer center. I had no ideal of a treatment plan for breast cancer nor did I know what to except or what I was supposed to do.....but Dr Amy Nance did!!! My first appointment with Dr Nance was very informative and I was very much impressed by her extensive knowledge, which put my physical and emotional state at ease. I had so many questions about my diagnosis and what was going to happen next and she answered all of them; there was no time limit as long as I had questions she was going to stay in the room with me and answer all of them, she wanted me to feel comfortable with the treatment plan, which I was!! Dr. Nance became my PCP for my cancer diagnosis and treatment , she did all the referrals to the other specialists that were going to be a part of my cancer treatment team and those referrals were to the best specialist. Dr Nance is wonderful, she listened and understood my concerns and had solutions for them, which I greatly appreciated. Let me reassure anyone who is going through a diagnosis of cancer, if you want the best oncologist to treat you, I will always recommend Dr. Amy Nance. One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. That's always a plus these days and for someone like me who likes to do the paperwork ahead of time, that is offered as well so even before getting to my appt I was impressed. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment. I've been to A LOT of chiropractors over the years but I've never met one as nice, thorough, and not trying to get me to do or buy a bunch of things.
