My physical therapist that came to my house, Keesha Vassel- Ford, what's phenomenal! It was very frustrating not being able to do everyday tasks and she helped me get through it. She gave me confidence that I did not know I had. She treated me with the utmost respect and at the same time it was like she was a friend that I've known for years. She was nice, helpful, and she discussed Home Helpers with us, and explained the services provided. Due to Mom having some recent health issues, we needed some temporary aid for her. We remembered the courtesy Barbara had shown us last year, so we gave her a call. She was ready and willing to help. She went right to work and set up 8 hour overnight schedules to help Mom. She sent out very nice Caregivers who were terrific. Being an all night shift is not easy but they were very caring and professional. Mom appreciated all of them, as did we, and we wanted them to know how much we appreciated their efforts. They included; Patricia, Aldonalda, Norah, Zakiyyah, Doris, Amanda, Bridget, Sheeray, and Robin. Thank you all! When each shift was completed, they wrote notes on a journal indicating how the shift went with Mom. That was a big help. In addition we would also like to thank Dena Davalt for providing concise and detailed statements, in addition to answering our questions. So if you are reading this review, you can believe that Home Helpers will do a fine job. We entrusted them with the care of our 102 year old Mother and they deserve a 5 star rating.
