I called to obtain information and request an in-home assessment for my mom, who was having some mobility and intermittent episodes of weakness, and Visiting Angels responded within one hour. They not only provided an excellent summary of their services, but their recommendations for my mom were thoughtful and respectful of her desire to maintain as much independence as possible. As a nurse myself, I feel very relieved to know that they are providing support and care for my mom when I cannot be there myself. read more

Such an outstanding health aide service! They match you with the best care givers for your needs. Everyone has been outstanding: from the administrative team to the care givers. I do not know what we would do without visiting angels read more

I was referred to them in reference to a discussion I posted on Facebook. I live in Chandler and have had some medical procedures where I needed someone to drive me home. My partner passed away so I went through FB to tap into the local knowledge for the area, being a small town I didn't know what was available. Right away it was recommended to call Visiting Angels. They came out and were able to set me up with someone to drive me home from these appointments. When you don't have children, no close family and wonderful friends who you don't want to burden because they have health issues as well..... Thank Goodness there is a company like Visiting Angels. I hope it works out well . Time will tell. read more

I contacted Visiting Angels online; filled out the form. Less than 5 minutes later I was called by a rep!! She is extremely nice, great listener, immensely informative. My elderly mother is going to resist this; the rep said not to worry, they would go slowly and gently with her, and they face that all the time. Now all we have to do is set up the initial meeting; I have a good feeling about this!! read more

Initial consultation went very well. Shannon was patient, listened, asked questions and was informative. We will begin to use the service and assess after first few visits. read more

Samantha the case manager in orange, she is absolutely amazing. Such a sweetheart, came to meet my mother and my grandmother for possibly putting my grandmother in a home care program. (She feels she's not ready yet) Samantha was SO patient and very knowledgeable. So glad we got to meet her! Will definitely going through her and visiting angels when my grandmother is ready to make that decision. She didn't try to "sell " us on anything just told us some of the facts of what they do and how they care for people. She drove all the way to my grandmas and took an hour out of her day to come explain to us their program. Will definitely be using visiting angels in the near future. Thank you Samantha! read more

great experience with visiting angels initial response and communication have been excellent.

I needed help with my Mom who has lived with me because of her Dementia/ Alzheimer's disease. They sent Rachel. I couldn't have asked for a sweeter, most professional kind and very helpful helper. Rachel did everything I asked and some! She prepared moms lunch and sat out in the HOT Sun with my mom because that is what Mom liked to do. She would watch the Hallmark channel with mom because that's what mom liked to do. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to help with your loved ones! read more

Always a pleasure to work with to meet our needs. Visiting Angels is a caring organization.

I can't say enough about Visiting Angels. We've used them for in home care for our mother. At first mom was reluctant to have someone in her home but Sherrie has been amazing. She does whatever mom needs to have done. Cooks, cleans, does laundry, brushes the dog, plays cards with her and sometimes mom just needs a visitor so they talk. Visiting Angels eases our worries about mom knowing she has someone three days a week that truly cares about her and we know she's in good hands! Thank you! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Visiting Angels! Unfortunately, I broke my foot and could not take care of myself so, after recommendations from family and friends, I called Visiting Angles to come to my home 3 days a week. The woman they sent was awesome in every way, I did not have to tell her what I needed or how to do it! From the first day I met her, we got along wonderfully! I needed the service until I could walk again and take care of myself, which was five months. I would not hesitate to call Visiting Angels if the need were to arise again, they were very supportive, caring and wonderful! read more

Contacted Visiting Angels when my sister (homecare RN for VA) became ill and hospitalized, then transferred to skilled nursing facility. My call was returned by Lauren, who took down all pertinent information and arranged for a visit to my sister's home to assess cleaning and other needs. After my sister's care, she was discharged and felt she could manage by herself at home so we didn't need Visiting Angels after all. Lauren was, however very efficient at assessing probable house cleaning and care should we need it. I felt that she was genuinely interested in providing the best for my sister. read more

While I have not used their services yet, as my family member went to the hospital just as I was attempting to set ip their in home services. I am very impressed with their customer service, information given, comprehensiveness of care needed, and all with compassion. When I contacted them in need of almost immediate services, I was walked through what was needed to get started. My uncertainty about receiving in home care was greeted with relief. read more

I needed help for mom upon release from hospital. I called Visiting Angels and got a call back within an hour. They couldn't help because mom was in hospital for COVID-19 and is still contagious. He said he only knew of VNA helping COVID cases but would let me know if he can find another resource. I would check them out in future once this pandemic is not in the way of getting care at home for elderly. I understand we need to keep everyone safe. He was still vey helpful. read more

I contacted the company and spoke with a WONDERFUL Case Manager Khloe, (sp? Sorry if I spelled it wrong). She spoke with me for a VERY long time, getting very detailed and specific in order to get me the help I need. She REALLY LISTENED to me. Of I have any problems I can call her. The rates are so reasonable and they don't have contract's so I am not forced to keep them if I no longer need help. Looking forward to meeting the care provider and getting help! read more

It can be a difficult situation when you have to choose a caregiver for a loved one. I've never had to do this before and I don't even know what I don't know. Frank, from visiting angels answered all my questions and even gave me answers to questions I didn't know I should ask. I gave a four-star review because we haven't had a caregiver come out yet but I think half my stress is gone just from getting some answers. read more

I chose 5 stars because of Katherine. I submitted a form online and she contacted me quickly. Very informative and kind. I appreciate that during this time. We have an in home interview set up this morning to see how everything will go from here forward. I can update this post after but as of now I feel confident about our choice of care. The price we were quoted was very reasonable for this kind of care, they offer just about everything we could hope for. Looking forward to the interview with Katherine in a few hours and hope this is the right fit. *Update* after the interview I feel even better. Katherine was amazing. She treated my grandparents so well , with kindness and respect and got along with all of us perfectly. She had all the information we needed, she took the time to listen to everyone and we are very pleased with our choice in visiting angels so far. We hope to start care soon. read more

So very helpful. Trying to make decisions tor my 92 year old mother who now needs 24 hour care. Debbie at the Tucson office was so helpful and informative. They were very helpful and quick in getting us the information we needed! We feel very positive and hopeful, having this kind of support available and are definitely keeping the information handy so we're ready to roll! THANK YOU, Visiting Angels! My sister-in-law LOVES her angel! And the best part: her angel loves her back! We could not have found a better friend for her anywhere in the entire world! Kathleen at Glendora Visiting Angels truly cares and she has added so much love and life for those she serves. We are so grateful to her for the sincere concern she shows and her consistent attention to details. She is a life-saver! Especially during these trying times when our seniors have been so isolated (even more than we have!), it is such a comfort to our whole family to know that Kathleen has been there to visit with her. I know that those visits are the highlight of her day. Thank you, Kathleen, for all you do! You are truly an "angel sent from God!" We love you! read more

I called several places for Home Health to assist with my fathers personal care and Visiting Angels returned my call the following day after me inquiring on their website! That is what i like because there are some companies out there that dont get back to you or if they do respond it's by email. I want to know that the company takes pride in making their potential client feel important as are there patients. I spoke to Michelle i believe her name was and she was so very nice to explain about services they provide and she listened to what my needs are for my father. I now have an appt to meet with the social worker for an assessment tomorrow and that's what i call outstanding service. read more

Visiting Angels is a company that really cares about its clients and its employees. As an employee of Visiting Angels, I have come to realize what a blessing this service is to many people. Sometimes it is to the client directly and other times to the family as well. The caregivers truly care about the people they help. Visiting Angels cares about its employees, because they are the lifeblood of the company. They become more that just employees. They become friends. read more

Caregivers from Visiting Angels made a huge difference in my mother's life as she was battling dementia. I live in a different state from my mother, so Visiting Angels was the link that kept me in touch with her until I could move her to assisted living. The caregivers provided so much more than just assistance with light chores, they provided a friend. Trish kept me up-to-date with my mom's needs and how they were helping to meet them. They were instrumental in helping with mom's transition into assisted living, and they provided our family with peace of mind. They truly are angels. read more
