I was referred to them in reference to a discussion I posted on Facebook. I live in Chandler and have had some medical procedures where I needed someone to drive me home. My partner passed away so I went through FB to tap into the local knowledge for the area, being a small town I didn't know what was available. Right away it was recommended to call Visiting Angels. They came out and were able to set me up with someone to drive me home from these appointments. When you don't have children, no close family and wonderful friends who you don't want to burden because they have health issues as well..... Thank Goodness there is a company like Visiting Angels. My elderly mother is going to resist this; the rep said not to worry, they would go slowly and gently with her, and they face that all the time. Samantha the case manager in orange, she is absolutely amazing. Such a sweetheart, came to meet my mother and my grandmother for possibly putting my grandmother in a home care program. (She feels she's not ready yet) Samantha was SO patient and very knowledgeable. So glad we got to meet her! Will definitely going through her and visiting angels when my grandmother is ready to make that decision. She didn't try to "sell " us on anything just told us some of the facts of what they do and how they care for people. I needed help with my Mom who has lived with me because of her Dementia/ Alzheimer's disease. They sent Rachel. I couldn't have asked for a sweeter, most professional kind and very helpful helper. Rachel did everything I asked and some! She prepared moms lunch and sat out in the HOT Sun with my mom because that is what Mom liked to do. She would watch the Hallmark channel with mom because that's what mom liked to do. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to help with your loved ones! read more

I can't say enough about Visiting Angels. We've used them for in home care for our mother. At first mom was reluctant to have someone in her home but Sherrie has been amazing. She does whatever mom needs to have done. Cooks, cleans, does laundry, brushes the dog, plays cards with her and sometimes mom just needs a visitor so they talk. Unfortunately, I broke my foot and could not take care of myself so, after recommendations from family and friends, I called Visiting Angles to come to my home 3 days a week. The woman they sent was awesome in every way, I did not have to tell her what I needed or how to do it! From the first day I met her, we got along wonderfully! Contacted Visiting Angels when my sister (homecare RN for VA) became ill and hospitalized, then transferred to skilled nursing facility. My call was returned by Lauren, who took down all pertinent information and arranged for a visit to my sister's home to assess cleaning and other needs. After my sister's care, she was discharged and felt she could manage by herself at home so we didn't need Visiting Angels after all. Lauren was, however very efficient at assessing probable house cleaning and care should we need it. I felt that she was genuinely interested in providing the best for my sister. read more

I needed help for mom upon release from hospital. I called Visiting Angels and got a call back within an hour. They couldn't help because mom was in hospital for COVID-19 and is still contagious. He said he only knew of VNA helping COVID cases but would let me know if he can find another resource. I would check them out in future once this pandemic is not in the way of getting care at home for elderly. I understand we need to keep everyone safe. He was still vey helpful. read more

I contacted the company and spoke with a WONDERFUL Case Manager Khloe, (sp? Sorry if I spelled it wrong). She spoke with me for a VERY long time, getting very detailed and specific in order to get me the help I need. She REALLY LISTENED to me. Of I have any problems I can call her. The rates are so reasonable and they don't have contract's so I am not forced to keep them if I no longer need help. Looking forward to meeting the care provider and getting help! read more

It can be a difficult situation when you have to choose a caregiver for a loved one. I've never had to do this before and I don't even know what I don't know. I chose 5 stars because of Katherine. I submitted a form online and she contacted me quickly. Very informative and kind. I appreciate that during this time. We have an in home interview set up this morning to see how everything will go from here forward. I can update this post after but as of now I feel confident about our choice of care. The price we were quoted was very reasonable for this kind of care, they offer just about everything we could hope for. That is what i like because there are some companies out there that dont get back to you or if they do respond it's by email. I want to know that the company takes pride in making their potential client feel important as are there patients.
