I've had both knees replaced and saw her for pre-hab prior to the replacement and rehab after the replacements. She is just amazing! The rehab for the knee replacements is hard but Mackenzie was so encouraging and helpful. I feel like I wouldn't have had such good outcomes without her. The whole office is wonderful, Julia has been extra helpful with scheduling! I've had nothing but great experiences here! If you're in pain go see her!

Then they never called me to tell me that they cancelled the appointment after they confirmed it with me numerous times, and sent me paperwork to fill out. Then they got indignant with me because I told them they weren't respectful of my time. I found another PT office which is probably a Godsend because this place looked run down and not very clean anyway.

She never asked if he had a co-signer. She asked about his income. She then said she had someone signing a lease sitting in front of her could she have someone named Kim call me back because she's new. I got no calls back. This was 4 days ago. The LEAST they could have done was call back and advise what his credit needed to be OR ask of someone was willing to cosign; ANYTHING to try to help (referral, advice, more questions etc). We were only inquiring. My father is a Vietnam war vet and a retiree of the Long Island Railroad (30 years). Clearly these people want good credit only. No call back so now I'm left to assume they were being selective. I'd rather move him back North where I got calls back and kinder treatment. They probably don't care about one negative review anyway but here it is. Thanks for nothing.

To a person who works at Tidepointe I find them to be friendly, professional, great at their jobs and super supportive and helpful. I live in Boston and visit my my mom every other month. Tidepointe is beautiful and the grounds are magnificent too. Friends and family always comment on how it looks like a fancy hotel - not institutional. I want to give a special thanks to Dede - who found this fabulous apt for my mom and helped us make it happen, Carey, Phyllis, Zoran and every dining room staff member. How could I almost forget the food, it is very good and many great choices.

When the opportunity came for my mom to move to Tide Pointe in HHI, she was beyond excited. Unfortunately, once she moved in, she was met with problem after problem--mold, mildew, broken pipes, a flooded basement, and giant screws and bolts sticking out of the walls. She spends much of her time filling out work orders for repairs that never seem to get completed. For what she pays, the quality of living is extremely disappointing. It feels like a massive waste of money. Tide Pointe certainly knows how to advertise and sell the dream. The reality has been very different. Shame on you!

100% recommend Dr. Domanski and his staff. 5 stars all the way!…read more I am very used to Chiropractic care and have had at least 10 different Chiropractors (including my Uncle) adjust me over my lifetime throughout the country, depending on where I was living. Not all Chiropractors are of the same caliber, as you can imagine. After my first 2 visits, I can confidentially say, with my experience, that Dr. Domanski is someone you can trust your spine with. I will be putting my body back as a priority and getting regular care between the two cities I bounce between. My experience with Crossroads Chiropractic & Wellness: I was in immense pain, in my shoulder, starting 3 days ago that was limiting my daily activities and sleep. I toggled with the idea of finding a new Chiropractor in Savannah since I don't live here but visit monthly. I researched and found Dr. Domanski. I knew it would be worth a try if they were seeing new patients (they are and were SO helpful to get me in immediately, THANK YOU!). PROs: - Excellent adjustment by Dr. Domanski (which is not always easy on a very stiff patient). He also has a great way of explaining your diagnosis and what your x-rays say about what your spine is doing. (Which I needed since I haven't been getting regular care in over 3 years) - Friendly and knowledgeable staff - Efficient service and respectful of your time - Quick digital x-rays - Clean office - Plenty of therapy options to help you get the treatment you need. - Part of the Maximized Living family, which allows for further education to patients on your health & wellness (had this at a previous office in another city). - Convenient location CONs: None. I will update review as I continue care with Dr. Domanski. But all I can say, is give him a try if you have any concerns about your overall wellbeing. If you're reading this review and have never been to a Chiropractor, I honestly would say this is your place to get familiar with the process. It can be scary when you don't know what to expect but your body may have more of a story to tell than you realize and it's all natural healing that can make you feel so much better and be your best. FYI, I write reviews on places/people/food I believe in to try to help others as much as other reviews have helped me get to the best spot! You don't always have the advantage of word of mouth when you don't know others in the area. :)
