There are several agencies that treat caregivers with respect - this is not one of them. I put in 17 hour shifts on 5 hours of sleep. they won't reimburse for typical mileage and get angry when you ask for it. They expect you to commute over an hour away to clients you did not agree to take on and if you decline any shifts within the 90 day probation, you're let go. they boast higher wages than other agencies, but when they promise bonus incentives, it's all hot air. Avoid this place like a plague. The organization itself is poorly managed, we got no training and they take advantage of caregivers.
