Everyone we encountered from doctors to nurses to PT and OT staff were super friendly and caring!! The food menu is truly amazing! I was blown away by how many choices there are for every meal, and mom said everything was quite delicious! The only drawbacks are that the facility itself seems to be showing its age, and parking was a bit of a pain. They do have complimentary valet parking on weekdays, though!

My lab results were done by 6:33 pm. They didn't talk to me about my results until 6:45 AM and they couldn't figure out what was causing my sharp pains either. To make matters worse they stick an IV in your arm when you first arrive so you cannot leave even if you wanted to. I was released at 8:00 AM. I will never go to Elliot Hospital again.

There are several agencies that treat caregivers with respect - this is not one of them. They take…read moreon clients without having secured coverage for all shifts, and you end up called for covering others, or your stuck if no one shows to relieve you. I put in 17 hour shifts on 5 hours of sleep. they won't reimburse for typical mileage and get angry when you ask for it. They expect you to commute over an hour away to clients you did not agree to take on and if you decline any shifts within the 90 day probation, you're let go. they boast higher wages than other agencies, but when they promise bonus incentives, it's all hot air. Avoid this place like a plague. The organization itself is poorly managed, we got no training and they take advantage of caregivers.

I warned the nurse or phlebotomist I'm a hard stick ahead of time. Ended up only needing 2 pokes, she apologized profusely for having to use the top of my hand. Didn't bother me any, I was just happy with the fact it was only 2 pokes and no painful digging to get the vein. What brought me here mostly to write this review is that the results came back in mere hours, I saw through my chart email. My doctor called me today (Monday, not even 2 full days after getting them done) to tell me one of my levels was severely low and I need a med asap. You know something is wrong when your busy as heck doctor calls that fast after a weekend. Anyway, this explains SO many things with how I've been feeling and I am just so thankful they were able to be addressed this fast.
