I have been living in a fuzzy world long enough. One realizes how important eyesight is when you don't have it. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Webber treated me kindly and respectfully. He really cared about discovering the right prescription for me to have optimal vision. Through trial and error, Dr. Weber was confident he could help me. It took a couple visits to give me 20/20 vision. He was patient with me and confident he could make me see clearly. They had a wide selection of eyeglass frames. The optician that helped me was friendly and super knowledgeable. I got fitted for contacts and eyeglasses. I was impressed how they work as a team. It was clean. It looks like they dust a lot. They take pride in the appearance of the store. I was shocked how reasonable the cost was for eyeglasses and daily disposable contracts. This office, staff, and doctor went up and beyond to meet my vision needs.

The reason I am giving Pearle only one star is because of their lens warranty. I want to stress…read morethat my exam was well done, I was pleased with my vision with the new lenses and the staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. So this issue is with company policy. My lenses, after a year began to crack right at the point where the screw is to tighten and loosen the frame around the lens- right by the hinge. I paid over $675 for my lenses and asked if they would replace them free of charge. I was told that the standard warranty for lenses was only 30 days. Or I could have purchased an extended warranty for a year, which in my mind is simply a money making gimmick for this company as it is for most others who use it. I was also told that certain prescriptions can cause lenses to crack which I found surprising since, 1) I have never heard that before in 50 years of wearing glasses and 2) the stress cracking was where the frame tightened around the lens. They did offer to replace them at a 30% discount, but I did not want to do business with a company that won't stand behind an expensive product for more than 30 days.

She gets you out the door and ushers in the next person sitting in the chairs outside of the office. If you only want to have the "Softwave" done she will tell you without doing her side (the so called chiropractics)it may not work. This is strange considering I was having "Softwave" done to my knee and she was doing lame arm lifts to my arms. When I requested not to do her side she had me go in her office and she proceeded to aggressively tell me I had to do both sides. She also said I didn't have to pay for her side of it, if I continued with both sides. What and offer! I am sure this offer was don't pay my co-pay but she will charge my insurance. At one of my visits the receptionist was unsure of my co-pay Larson the owner/chiropractor yelled out of her office to the receptionist it was $60. I looked at my insurance card and it said $50. I told the receptionist it was $50. Larson came out of her office, took the $60 cash I had and did not offer me my change. I said are you going to give me my change or are you going to keep it for toward my next visit? She looked offended and said next time and walked off. People are ushered through the two offices like cattle. Not enough time between people to wipe things down. Didn't see any cleaning wipes in her office to wipe anything down. If you want assemble line chiropractics with no choices of how you receive your care this is the place. Now you know pass it around.

One optician after another explained that the lenses' unusual shape made it impossible to find a matching frame. A few took some time looking and others did not even bother. At my final stop, Eyeglass World, I providentially hit the jackpot. Chris just wouldn't give up looking until she found a near-match for the lens shape, then called in their technician Scott to further narrow the options. He somehow, magically adapted a new frame to my lenses. I was only charged for the frame, a handsome, modestly priced item. This was by any standard over and above any expected level of service, delivered with kindness and no fanfare whatsoever. In the time it took to retrofit my damaged glasses, I had a chance to experience the vibe at Eyeglass World, which was warm and inviting.
