I have been living in a fuzzy world long enough. One realizes how important eyesight is when you don't have it. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Webber treated me kindly and respectfully. He really cared about discovering the right prescription for me to have optimal vision. Through trial and error, Dr. Weber was confident he could help me. It took a couple visits to give me 20/20 vision. He was patient with me and confident he could make me see clearly. They had a wide selection of eyeglass frames. The optician that helped me was friendly and super knowledgeable. I got fitted for contacts and eyeglasses. I was impressed how they work as a team. It was clean. It looks like they dust a lot. They take pride in the appearance of the store. I was shocked how reasonable the cost was for eyeglasses and daily disposable contracts. This office, staff, and doctor went up and beyond to meet my vision needs.

We have EyeMed vision insurance. Our policy states a contact lens exam is $55. This place does not offer the standard contact lens exam. They don't tell you they only do the premium exam which is not covered by the insurance and charge the higher price. They charge you extra if you have an astigmatism. Ask about prices before going!

From day one I have had very short wait time to get in to see the doctor. This is uncommon in big cities where no one remembers your name. Everyone involved is polite, caring, and knowledgeable. I trust the doctor 100% with care of my eyes.... and I have some serious eye issues . To my knowledge, Dr. Graul is the only physician in this office. I have noticed other people in the waiting room seem happy to be.there and are greeted by the staff upon arrival . I have never heard any complaints from other patients in the waiting room. I recently relocated to this area from a city with a population over a million. The entire experience has been great from parking that is free and actually close to the office ! The short wait time is remarkably quick compared to many places I have been and waited an hour or more to be seen . Due to the type of examination, appointments may take different amounts of time, but that stands to reason for a thorough eye exam.
