I've been buying glasses at this location since the 90's. They've gone through different companies since then. Recently bought 2 pair of glasses at $800 for the pair. When ordering them I assumed like I always do that they had given me all the options which includes lense protection. Came by about 2 months after purchase to get my glasses adjusted and the subject of warranty came up and was informed I didn't have lense protection! I told the rep that I've been wearing glasses since I was 14 (currently 62) and I ALWAYS get lense protection. I told her that when getting them I was not told I didn't have protection and at the price I paid I thought it was added. I asked them to correct this mistake! She said she would get back with me! That was a month ago! If this is the way they treat a decades long customer I will have to take my business elsewhere in the future!!! read more

Unacceptable service. Absolutely unprofessional. When they didn't have my daughters prescription in stock a secretary tried to give me a stronger prescription stating "it's not that much different". It's been months of back and forth with them to just honor what my insurance covers and doesn't cover and still, nothing but problems. Avoid this place. visionworks might be fine but avoid the dr office next door especially for contacts. Rude staff, don't ask for a copy of bill or question charges or ask for the prescription. Never heard back about contacts after 2nd appt so called and was told to go somewhere else to buy contacts and email to request prescription and they would send it in 48 hours. Ridiculous! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST optometrist staff in town. It's full of incompetent and uncaring employees. They tried to give me the wrong prescription contacts and said "they were close enough". They placed my contact order incorrectly. Tried to over charge me the incorrect amount. I would NOT recommend this optometrist. read more

Found myself at a place I had not been to, been past it but not inside. A friend of need to have his shades adjusted, and wanted to go it Eye Masters. Nice place he was seated right away and help with very little waiting time. Friendly staff and seemed to know the product they are selling. Have to think about them when I replace my eyewear. read more

Boo. I paid $379.95 for glasses that were NOT what I asked for. I told the sales lady when I picked them up that they were NOT acceptable. She told me to wear them anyway. So, I tried for a day but they did not perform adequately. I needed glasses I could wear all day everyday, AND use as a fashion accessory. However, these glasses do not perform any better than a $20 pair of "readers" from Wal-Mart. read more
