The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident I'm getting the best care for my eyes! I see Dr. VanMeter for my regular eye exams. She takes the time to listen to me and makes sure I'm happy with my prescription. She always manages to dig up some samples for me, despite my not-too-common prescription. The exam rooms are spotless. It's a nice, quiet setting that's perfect for folks who experience appointment anxiety. This past year was my first time ordering glasses from the store, and I'd definitely order again. The staff were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness about the frames. They had great suggestions, and I ended up with a pair I love. I initially had some issues with the fit, and they encouraged me to return as many times as necessary to ensure I was comfortable with them. Their selection of frames are on the expensive side, but they seem to be worth the price. Things to note: There's a parking garage in the same building.
