The Salesperson Zach Abass Was a real asshole. Talks down to you like you're retarded. Was extremely condescending and arrogant. Would not itemize items on quote by model or make. Just give you a blanket price and when you ask what specific tires or what are wheel make and model was rude. Does not like when you ask specific questions and is very rude. If needed I have his nasty emails. Stay away drive someplace else. I recommend trying Auto Xperience in Port St Luice. Quality of service from Tony is awesome. The truck has 16 spark plugs (V8) which made me check out AutoZone in town, they sold me all the spark plug wires and ignition coils for a little over $300 and told me about Auto-X (their nickname), spoke to Del, set up an appointment, it took them an hour and a half and charged me $187 to put the new parts on, I felt guilty so I tipped them another $30. Instead of a clean, luxury look, my dashboard was left looking like a Christmas tree with lights. She left the engine light on and another light too. To make matters worse, the ambient lights are now FALLING OFF and FLICKERING. The installation was clearly not done properly, and the quality of work is completely unacceptable. As if the terrible installation wasn't enough, the customer service is somehow EVEN WORSE. I was given an appointment to come back and address the issues, only to show up and find that NO ONE WAS THERE. I've been calling and trying to get in contact with her, and I have received absolutely NO RESPONSE since last Tuesday. How do you schedule a customer for an appointment, waste their time, and then completely ignore them?
