Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this business. They did a TERRIBLE job on two chairs…read more They admitted it was an awful job and tried to blame it on the fabric. It was a Perigold fabric and they didn't mention forseeing any problems with it when I dropped the chairs off. They said they had been in business, I believe, 30 years. I am surprised that they even allowed these chairs to leave the premises but I guess they would try to pass them off on me if I would accept them. I said I would like my money back-the amount I paid to have them uphols and the cost of my fabric. This is when it got ugly and Emily, who runs the office, used the "F" word while speaking to me. Then she said they had 1/2 of the fabric leftover (approximately 7 yards). So I asked why they had me buy twice the amount needed and why it wasn't returned to me when I came to pick up the chairs...
