I've been going to the eye doctor for over 15 years so I have a pretty good idea of how an appointment should run. I first go to do the basic eye testing (little house on prairie machine...pics of the eyes etc.) the doctors assistant running my tests had no idea what she was doing. She didn't tell me to take my contacts out and when I said something she just handed me a contact case and some empty contact solution bottle. No sink, no form of sanitation, no mirror, NOTHING. When I saw actual optometrist everything was fine...but the check out process was a NIGHTMARE. No one in the office knew how to run insurance, they forgot my credit card in the back room twice, they did t know how to give me a receipt, and this entire process took over an hour! I paid for my contacts but have yet to receive anything and it's been over a MONTH. The lady that does the billing is never in the office because everytime I've tried to call to check on the status of my contacts she's never there!! And she never calls me back!
