This was the BEST exam I've had in 25 years!! You won't be passed from person to person, machine to machine and you won't be there forever! You will get friendly, knowledgeable folks who know what they're doing and do it very well!! Better yet they make the lenses there. I currently have a frame I love & my lenses have little magnets in that hold a pair of sunglasses. I paid a LOT for the sunglass clip & wanted to keep it. Leo is sending my lenses to Green Bay & they can add the magnets. I'll have them back in 3 days. They took my insurance and made everything so easy. I'm so happy to finally have a good, reliable place for my eye exams. I can not say enough wonderful things about this place.

They told me my whole prescription was missing in their system. So they added it (so I'm told) and I wait again for my contacts and still never received them. Called back a few weeks later (April now) and they say the brand I use, doesn't do my prescription anymore and to try a diff brand. Did that, and now it's July and I still don't have contacts. They said they ordered again and I waited, AGAIN, nothing came and I called and they said there's been nothing in here since April. Where is my order from June? I called every day this week, left vm's and they told me no one heard their phone or got my messages. I got hung up on trying to get my contacts refunded by a not nice lady who wouldn't even let me explain what was going on. DO NOT GO HERE!

Obviously not wiped down in between customers. Very bad customer service. Could hear the employees joke and chit chat as I waited. When trying to pick out glasses I was offered no help but could hear the female employees a few feet away talk about their plans for the evening. When I went to pick up my glasses waited at front desk and was ignored by female employee who walked right passed me. Did not acknowledge or let me know someone would be with me shortly. I asked if someone else would be along to help me and was told she was the only one there as she walked passed me. Did not say anything else to me. How is this place still in business? Will not go back!!!

She did nothing to assure the fit was appropriate. She asked me if I could read a brochure she handed me. When I told her I didn't think I could read everything real well she repeated, "You've got 60 days to return them." She kept saying that instead of truly helping me and assuring my satisfaction with the product before walking out the door. Most places want you coming back. They encourage you to stop by anytime for an adjustment and a cleaning. She honestly made me feel like I was an interruption of her time. The place was not busy. There were at least four staff and one doc in the place. If this were my business, I'd want to know what kind of a poor message my people were sending to customers by alienating and minimizing them. I can't imagine conducting business with Walmart Optical in Sheboygan on Taylor Drive. Pretty shitty experience.

She was my OBGYN. Very rude and judgemental due to my husband leaving me! He wasn't there at the…read moredelivery because he had left me for another woman. Dr.A saw he clearly wasn't coming and said, "well, is your husband showing up?" She made this comment out of sheer spite and lack of empathy. There were a few other attitudes and comments from her but I won't even go there. I will never forget that experience and delivery! Life has moved on and gotten far better but I will always remember her cruelness.
