Once we selected our color scheme and got approval from the HOA, the guys at PAL got to work. The house was given a proper power wash first, then the painting started a couple days later. As the painting progressed, an issue on our roof came up due to a past microburst that swept through the neighborhood that we were aware of but had not yet addressed.
