I witnessed more than one person struggle to have a decent interaction with her. You'll have to be very assertive and up front when dealing with her. Not rude but extremely forward to get what you need. Management (they hire on the talent) isn't much better. Again, I'm sure they're good at securing gigs but they need to work on hospitality and being personable. It is a dying element with many companies now and it is important. There is no reason to make potential clients and/or talent feel inferior. Humility and human touch is the downfall of this business. Never again.
