My spouse and I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early. When we got up to the door, I was all sorts of nervous because they had a big sign out front that said medical masks required and we only had nonmedical masks but they provided us with some (which we put under our fabric masks). They contactlessly temp checked us at the door too. Then we checked in and did the intake paperwork on a tablet they provided. One of the things the intake paperwork asks for is preferred name, which is just such a fantastic way to be inclusive. We were called back fairly quickly, I think. The ophthalmic nurse (I believe that's what she was?), Ashley, was super friendly and awesome. She did various tests on my eyes that were needed for my appointment. I was taken aback by the testing because we had called before my appointment to ask what sort of things they'd be doing to me because my anxiety was bad and I wasn't warned about any of it. When I told Ashley that, she made sure to make me comfortable and really explain what she was doing and why. Ashley also asked my pronouns which I was really excited about! Ashley did some more paperwork, asked if I had questions, and so forth, then said the doctor would be in soon and to poke our heads out if we needed anything. Then we waited for the doctor. Dr. Patel was efficient but also friendly. His assistant, whose name I did not catch, was also efficient and friendly. He examined my eyes after dyeing them and his assistant took notes then provided a diagnosis and treatment plan. Overall, it was a positive experience and I was impressed with how transgender-affirming their clinic is. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs specialist eye care.

It was such a hassle and caused me a lot of inconvenience. Then, a couple of months later, my boyfriend went in to get glasses. One pair took forever to be ready, and for the others, they screwed up the prescription -- they gave him reading glasses when he actually needed ones for distance. It's really disappointing to see this level of carelessness twice. I Would not recommend if you want reliable service and timely orders. I mean.... Really!?!? A second or fourth time. How careless

I can't name him, but one main doctor likes to take his sweet time. Medium height, short white hair, glasses and often wears a suit. "Three people wait over an hour" sweet time. Not even that, but neither doctor I have seen actually CHECKED the contacts to ensure they're okay. If they did, I wouldn't be here. My father was a former certified eye care specialist, and he constantly judges this office for good reason. Nothing is done correctly. We will be applying to transfer my profile for my eye care and we will not be coming back. True lack of professionalism. Professionals don't take over 30 minutes a client. Do NOT go here if you value avoiding eye damage. Maybe then my set of trials wouldn't have had an eye inside out and got ignored AGAIN as it dry scratched my eye. That's negligence.
