My daughter has been going to this dojo since she was 4. Within just the first few classes, I saw…read moreamazing changes in both her attitude/behavior at home and in her confidence. She found it fun, even while learning skills to help her protect herself in a variety of situations- not just physical attacks. She has continued to grow and learn over the last 6 years now. During the height of the pandemic, this dojo put forth their weekly lessons for all levels on video and made them available to the students and others. They put together "at home kits" to provide supplies for kids learning the techniques at home- and didn't charge for them. They are a family oriented dojo concerned with developing life skills and active protection while still fostering self-growth for people in a variety of age-groups. Every rank advancement is earned based on the individual's skill retention and growth. Proper form and technique are taught with guidance as to how avoid injury to self or others. The instructors are able to work with every student based on their individual needs. The instructors and other students have become great friends and an extension of our family. The owners are very active in the community, using games, skills, and teamwork to help people grow into their best selves. I have absolutely no hesitation when I say that I wholeheartedly recommend this dojo to others.

Her knowledge of the sport is extensive and her coaching style is both motivating and inspiring. Dellaney has a keen eye for detail and is able to provide constructive feedback in a way that is encouraging and helpful. One of the things I appreciate most about Dellaney is her ability to adapt her coaching techniques to suit the individual needs of each athlete. She takes the time to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and tailors her instruction to help them reach their full potential. Literally, had the best time of my life! Lynn the owner of Teaze gave us extremely clear instructions for both aerial yoga and pole dancing. Most of us were more on the beginner/intermediate level so, she really accommodated to each of our levels during my party. Who knew some aerial, and climbing and dancing around a pole could bring so much joy to everyone! Thanks for being such a great host Lynn, and can't wait to do this again! If you haven't tried pole dancing or aerial yoga, I highly recommend Teaze!

And also super sexy I don't not consider myself a sexy person, (personally am a little awkward) but after the amazing lessons we took on both the pole and the areal ribbon (not sure actual name... sorry) we all definitely left a little sexier! She was simple to follow and never went to fast. She was also very encouraging. We went for a bachelor party and it couldn't have been a better idea. There were only 6 of us which was the perfect size, but they do take larger or smaller groups. She has a lesson basically preplanned for you, but will also change it based off any things you want to try or do. Get your booty down to Teaze so you can learn to shake it!

Our daughter has been doing dance classes at Tippi toes for two years, and it has been wonderful…read more She loves it, the instructors are wonderful, and we love the way it is set up. The classes come to the kids at their schools, daycares, mothers-day-outs, or local community centers. For us, it requires almost no extra planning or shuffling. We just send dance clothes with her to her mothers-day-out on her class day, and her teachers get her changed. Classes are downstairs, and last for 45 minutes. If it required another schlep across town, I'm honestly not sure if I could have added it, with my work schedule and my already-busy moving of the children schedule. The way this is set up, she gets to do it, and we get a fun Saturday recital, once in the winter and once at the end of the year. For us, the cost is reasonable. It runs $50 a month, plus the price of the recital costumes, $50, twice per year. She loves it, and we love that she gets to do it, without making me more of a stressed-out mommy. I hope the people running it are making a million dollars because they're so sweet and doing such a good job with our kiddos.
