There are folks working out in the early morning but it is not crowded to where you can't get your routine in or have to wait for someone to finish a set. Membership includes a key fob that you can use to enter the gym during off hours. I like the convenience of doing your own thing and not having to wait for the gym to open up. There are two showers in the men's restroom. Be prepared to bring your own shampoo, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, etc. The membership is affordable so they really don't provide all the amenities you would find in a full service gym.
