First off, I've had a few experiences with photographers during my sisters' weddings, and my personal wedding recently. I've got to say, Tang really shines his talent above the rest. Most photographer will tell you to do this, do that, and "maybe" youll get lucky and become natural at it. HOWEVER, Tang takes it a step further. He'll communicate WHILE shooting photos, and instruct us to do whatever we want and be "goofy" like our normal selves. UNTIL, we've really became at ease and start showing our personality, that's when his camera does the magic. Our photo session was fun, energetic and the whole group was able to show how much fun they had. He missed every deadline he set for both previews and the final gallery, and it took over two months to receive the photos. I only received the images after reminding him he had exceeded the maximum time he wrote in our contract. Most of our emails and texts went unanswered, and the few emails we did receive felt AI-generated and impersonal. While we liked the photos, the delays and lack of communication made the overall experience stressful just so you know what you're getting yourself into.

We hired Geremy many months prior, and contracted him + his sub contractor to do photo and video for our wedding. We were promised a preview the day after our wedding and our full gallery within 8 weeks of our day. It took over 2 weeks to receive our wedding photo preview. From there, we were completely ghosted by Geremy until December, after multiple emails, text messages, calls, IG messages and reaching out to his videographer. It got to the point that I had begun discussing ways to re-create some wedding photos as I had given up on getting any original pictures from the day. We finally received a response and a promise to deliver our photos by mid-December. The deadline was missed. It was not until we threatened legal action that we received a hurried, lean photo gallery 16 weeks after our wedding and double the time we were contracted for. The photos are fine, however we are missing MAJOR elements of what one would expect from their wedding day. We are missing pictures with our families together, there are maybe 5 photos from our reception, we didn't even receive photos of our whole wedding party together. This carelessness truly overshadowed our wedding experience and we find it too frustrating and disappointing to look back on the photos.

From the initial communication to the photo shoot day and the final images, everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully handled. We chose three stunning locations: Legion of Honor, Torpedo Wharf, and Marina Drive. Another Lu was extremely familiar with all three locations and knew exactly how to use the scenery, architecture, and lighting to create breathtaking shots. Legion of Honor - The architecture here is very elegant. The photographer did an amazing job using its natural light, and the photos came out cinematic and timeless. Torpedo Wharf & Marina Drive - These locations were such a surprise. The combination of ocean views and the bay bridge gave the photos a storytelling feel. Although the fog were very dense, and super windy on that day, Another Lu still captured so many beautiful moments that we absolutely love. Daniel is very professional, detail-oriented, and very easy to talk to. You can tell he has a lot of passion for photography and really cares about his clients getting the shot/look over being strict on the timing laid out in the contract. Onto the photoshoot, my husband and I were really nervous about how to pose and not look awkward however Daniel quickly helped us loosen up. As we took more and more photos, we knew how to pose and it got really fun that we didn't want to stop. Daniel really goes out of his way to even do a venue site tour if he has never been to your venue before. He will help look at your bridal suite and around the venue to give you advice regarding space and lighting. This was huge for us because the original room we had was way too small. We upgraded to a bigger room with more lighting and this allowed us to have a smooth wedding day. Daniel is also very punctual, hard-working, and prepared. He always arrives early and is very communicative which is a plus! He runs around to help capture the special moment for you and even prepares so many things such as a bubble gun for the signature look, placemat for your wedding flat lay, and adhesive suction hook to hang your wedding dress.
