Unfortunately after a couple of weeks she felt they were too narrow for her and wanted something with a wider lens. This was no problem and the guy let her choose another pair that were bigger and my mum just paid the difference in price between the new ones and the ones she had chosen originally. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my glasses now and have told lots of people to do the same too.

The staff are still the same and as friendly as ever. They are very helpful and happen to listen and advise. If it is something a bit more medical they will get the pharmacist who is always happy to help and I even had butterfly stitches put on my knee here after falling over when i was younger so I didn't have to go to hospital. You can expect to pay the same price for the brands but i like their own brand stuff as it does the same job and is much cheaper. I get their own paracetamol suspension for my daughter when she's teething and you get double the amount than the branded one for a pound cheaper.
