I went to see Ian after I had had two pairs of specs from another (High Street ) opticians neither of which suited me . Ian could see defects in the lenses of the latter pair and advised me to take them back. After a lot of discussion with them I was just not confident that I was going to get a proper solution from them so came back here for replacement lenses in a previous pair. This company can save you pounds on your glasses. It stocks lots of different desiger names such as Miss Sixty, D&G and Police among others and the service is fantastic. The range on offer is good and the glasses are clearly displayed in price bands which makes it really easy to buy within your budget. They also sell sports eyeware and sunglasses as well. The customer service is spot on too. My mum took her prescription here and bought a pair of varifocals. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks she felt they were too narrow for her and wanted something with a wider lens. This was no problem and the guy let her choose another pair that were bigger and my mum just paid the difference in price between the new ones and the ones she had chosen originally.
