At this point I'm annoyed. The phlembotimist in the lab was really sweet but also upset for me over the unprofessional ordeal of having to send me back and forth for one appointment. She had to call the CT department for the apparent bloodwork they requested but never sent in until she called them. While I was called in for my ct scan the person helping me didn't tell me to remove any metal items, just had me wait outside the ct room. I had to ask him if I needed to remove my bra (because of the wire lining) and he asked me what scan I was doing. Huh? Are you serious? NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS AT ALL. Right after my CT scan (10:45pm) my body developed an allergic reaction to the contrast. I was sent to urgent care for some Benadryl. So I waited at urgent care for over 2 hours. Just to be given som Benedryl around 11pm but told to wait to see a doctor after. By the time the doctor actually saw me (12:30am) the medicine already took affect so my allergic reaction bumps had already subsided. Basically I waited 2+ hours to be told I should take more allergy meds the next day if I'm still itchy. What should've been a 30-40min appointment turned into a 3.5 hour shit show. I'm honestly so annoyed over the CT department for their lack of knowledge and only telling me to get labs done 30mins after my initial appointment.

The service is poor, they don't listen to you and they don't let you talk either, they treat you like an ignorant person. I went to an annual physical exam but when I tried to ask about an earache, the doctor answered me: 'I should make a different appointment' without finishing speaking. She got upset and raised her voice when I told her that I had never taken cholesterol medicine, telling me that she had my records in her hands, she treated me like a liar. When you look for a primary doctor, the last thing you expect is to be treated inappropriately. I really won't go back and I couldn't recommend this place either because some people ruin the reputation of the entire institution.

Recently I requested an appointment virtually. They sent me a link for the same day appointment but did not provide a activation code. When I called back and asked what it was, the rep said "I sent it to you 2 days ago" even though I didn't even request the appointment until the day of. Then, when I got to talk to my doctor virtually. She keeps saying my email is not in the portal to send me my docs. I pull up the portal on my end and the portal shows an email and all of my info. For them to be charging us and our insurance as much as they do, they need to be providing better services. They make us dread ever having to deal with them and leave us very stressed.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience at Comprehensive Primary Care - Germantown today. My…read moreappointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM. When I got stuck in heavy traffic, I immediately called their call center. The representative clearly informed me that there is a 15-minute grace period and that if I arrived before 10:45 AM, I would still be seen. I rushed and arrived at 10:43 AM. When I walked in, the front-desk receptionist was outside in the hallway on her personal phone. She came inside 10:44 AM. I explained that I had an appointment, had already checked in online the day before, and had also notified the call center that I might be slightly late. She took my ID and insurance card, then at 10:46 AM told me that I needed to reschedule. It honestly looked like the front desk receptionist had no interest in doing her job. Instead of following her own office policies or showing basic professionalism, she seemed perfectly fine wasting patients' valuable time. She acted as if rescheduling people was easier than actually helping them. It's clear she has no understanding--or concern--for how valuable someone's time is, especially when the patient followed all the instructions given by their own system. This was completely unacceptable. I arrived within the grace period, I communicated ahead of time, and still I was turned away due to staff negligence and lack of professionalism. This office needs serious improvement in customer service, accountability, and the way they respect patients' time.

The clinic mostly had people who was visiting for worker's compensation assessments and people like me who needs to get health screening completed for new employments. I appreciated the sense of humor Marinel had for me as I got to spend nearly 5 hours to complete drug screening. I wish I had known how long the process would take at this clinic prior to my arrival. I hadn't eaten or drunken anything that day. I felt like fainting by the time I got to leave for home past 5pm. It would be nice if there was a larger waiting room or appointment system. Or an explainer before I sign in. Free WiFi maybe. A book to read. Magazines to flip through. Something. You are not allowed to leave the premise until everything is complete. This is done to prevent tampering drug screening specimen and what not. I understand the rationale but sheesh....... It was torturous just to sit there with an empty stomach and 6 tiny bottles of water to drink.........No more and no less. I've never had to pray to the Pee Pee God before this that I'd have something to put in a cup for the deity. Warning everyone to bring their own source of entertainment, including a phone charger and something to eat and drink BEFORE YOU SIGN IN. Once you are there, you cannot leave the premise until you are completely done with everything. It will be at least 3-5 hours ordeal.

Sheri (apologies for the incorrect spelling) was professional, organized, and very helpful answering the numerous questions I asked her. Actually, all the employees I interacted with in person or over the phone (video calls) were very pleasant and helpful with everything I asked. I like that a staff member calls the client on their phone when it is their turn to be seen so no one needs to stand around waiting to hear their name which also helps limit how many people are in the area. Usually on time when they aren't dealing with any testing rush.

I came in highly concerned about a possible health issue and was already in a heightened state of anxiety due to a diagnosed anxiety disorder. I made this clear when I called, explaining I needed to drop off lab samples and speak to someone. Instead of compassion, I was met with sarcasm and hostility. The LabCorp front desk staff were cold, rude, and dismissive. One mocked me aloud for not using the kiosk fast enough, and the other gave conflicting reasons for not accepting my samples -- none of which I had been warned about in advance. At urgent care, the front desk woman literally laughed when I described my symptoms. She initially agreed to help, then backed out, and handed me the wrong paperwork entirely. I eventually spoke with a manager who instructed staff to accept the samples, but they still refused, citing the paperwork being "crumpled" -- without even reading it. This was the most unprofessional medical experience I've ever had. The lack of empathy, coordination, and basic competence is shocking. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I strongly urge others to go elsewhere.
