His medical equipment is antiquated and there is an uneasy feeling that Blume is not up to date with current medical changes. Even though my medical insurance pays 100% of all office visits (even had my insurance company call the office to explain), I was demanded by their office to pay $30.00 (which I refused to do for practical reasons) and then wait weeks for reimbursement, which I felt was not necessary and a waste of time as my insurance pays 100% and the office was informed of same. The office representative "saluted" to me when I told them I was no longer going to come to their office ever again. In other words, they cared more about "their money" than the compassionate, kind, willingness to work with a patient. These are medical expectations that we as patients should always receive. Would never recommend the office!
