OK, sometimes that happens in a nail shop. However, after waiting all that time, I was met with less than mediocre customer service That probably would not meet a teenagers expectations. Additionally, the lights were so dim that I failed to recognize that my pedicure was messed up which I noticed as I went to exit the building. After recognizing that that the technician did not do her job off exfoliating my skin and my nail polishes looked very caked, I proceeded to tell the owner. unfortunately, after addressing the matter, only some of my toenails were repainted. Therefore, I just gather my things and I left. I will never go back again. And I'm recommending that you don't patronize this place.
