Professional and trustworthy company. Two years ago, I wanted to apply for the Chinese visitor visa. There is a language barrier, I may need to visit the embassy, and there are other issues. I tried to find an agent who could do this, and there were many, but it was hard to trust some of them.  Finally, in my research, I selected the VisaRite service. I was correct, they are professional and trustworthy, and have good customer service too. Three of us got visitor visas for 10 years multiple entry, without an interview or any other issue; it was quick; I selected the  express service.  Similarly, a few weeks ago, I wanted a Chinese business visa.  Again, I used VisaRite. They did an exceptional job, and everything got done, and I received the passport within 3 weeks, with a 10-year multiple-business visa. I selected the express service again. Thank you, VisaRite team. read more

Visa Rite Services Inc - Travel Services Near Me - Ridgewood, New Jersey

Visa Rite was great and delivered as they promised. We did not discover that my wife's passport was expiring on an upcoming trip and we were leaving in 7 business days. Visa Rite was very thorough, they had us scan and send them all documentation via email for their review to insure that the documents would meet the standards required. Once they responded that the documents looked good we sent for overnight delivery. They received on a Tuesday and submitted documents on Wednesday. Received the passport back on Friday and shipped it back to me over night and I received on Saturday am. They are very meticulous even to the point of calling me on Wednesday morning and expressing concerns about the quality of the passport photo. As a backup my wife took another set of pictures and we sent them overnight just in case the agency rejected the pictures we supplied. If it had been rejected then Visa Rite had the back up photos and assured me they could do a resubmission on Monday and get the passport back the same day and send to me on Tuesday am. We were leaving that Tuesday. Fortunately the agency accepted the original picture and we did not need to resubmit. Visa Rite was very meticulous and detail oriented through the whole process. David was always prompt with a call back or email back on any question. I would highly recommend them. read more

We are very impressed with VisaRite's service! The Chinese Visa process is complicated, but their instructions made it very clear and easy-to-follow. There was a small issue with our application, but VisaRite was awesome at explaining what we needed and promptly re-filing for us. When I called their office for assistance, Ivy was super friendly and helpful. I also really liked how you get instant overnight shipping confirmations, so I don't have to worry about mailing my Passport. We're looking forward to visiting Beijing for the first time. read more

Found out my passport expired with my trip abroad scheduled to start in just 4weeks. I looked at other passport expeditors, but Visarite had the best feedback. They are very well organized and communication was prompt and thorough. They processed my passport within the week! The cost was also very competitive. Extraordinary! I hope I remember to renew my passport in 10 yrs, but if I don't- I will use visarite again!! read more

Loved using this visa service! I wish they all were as courteous as VisaRite. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and nice. Received the visa a day earlier then promised and I also got email updates as the when they received my package and when the visa was issued. All the needed forms were on their website, and they accept credit card payment, which not all services do. Unfortunately they only do visas for China and Brazil, otherwise I'd use them exclusively! The only downside to VisaRite is they are located in NJ so you can't messenger documents over, but have to FedEx them for AM delivery before 10:30 AM. read more

Here is a quick break down of my experience: First I went to the Chinese embassy in New York, nothing was accomplished there, it's basically the DMV. Second I found this service. The guy on the phone, who I unfortunately don't remember his name, was very helpful. I like to move fast and this guy knew what he was talking about. He told me everything I needed to do in less than five minutes, I completed the paper work, and in five days flat I have my visa to China ready to go. Now, the only negative I have to say about this place is the price. It is very expensive. After I had all of my paper work and passport FedEx to them, and had all of the processing done, it ran me about $315. I did in fact pay for rush service which was great, but I think everyone understands, price is price. What I will say is the good ole' saying, "you get what you pay for". That statement could not be more true for this service. While expensive, they are fast, they are very professional, and very safe with your personal information. If you out there are thinking of using this service, stop here, you found the RITE service! I know that was cheesy haha, but any company that runs itself so efficiently deserves all the praise. This is THE BEST place to get your visa!!! read more

This is my first trip to China and I am going solo. Visa Rite saved me hours and hours of research on what, when, how to get a visa approved! For this business purpose, it was a rush order, so again, they saved me by handling everything easily. I started the process on my own, but after finding Visa Rite, I was able to follow along with their online directions. Turns out, I would've messed up a couple of areas doing it without them. Every contact I had with the company was positive. They were so patient with me. I highly recommend them. All of my paperwork and passport were signed, sealed and delivered back to me just as promised. Shanghai, here I come! read more

I used this visa service this spring before traveling to China. Their website and checklist were very helpful and informative; the process was seamless; and the turnaround time was quicker than advertised! Their services saved me a trip to the embassy (not close to where I live), and they provided sufficient communication throughout the process. read more

I had been looking for a Chinese visa service to avoid having to deal with the consulate myself and had visarite recommended to me. Definitely wanted to pick a reliable service since mailing away your passport along with documents containing personal information can be worrying. Thankfully these guys are professional and helpful with the entire application process, making sure I got the exact visa I had requested as well (10-year multiple entry). Processing time was fast and items arrived back to me before scheduled. read more

Very friendly and helpful. I've used other Chinese Visa companies before and can absolutely say VisaRite is a safe bet. Not only was everything processed in a timely manner they even pre screen your info for possible issues, and I got my approved visa back ahead of schedule. read more

The employees at this company are extremely rude. I called to try and get some information about the authentication services and they would only direct me to their website. If I had more direct questions, they couldn't answer them properly. The person I was speaking to kept saying that we were talking about different things, but it was clear he just didn't know what he was talking about. He didn't want to help me or answer the questions, so he said he was busy and needed to go. He was extremely rude. I highly recommend not working with this company. There are others to choose from. Thank goodness I didn't waste my money as I was going to go with them had they been able to answer my questions. read more

Excellent service, Visarite informs you every step of the way on the transaction, they check for errors on your application before sending the application to the consulate!, Professional service all the way. Highly recommend it! read more

I rarely write reviews but had to for this service. I needed a China visa for tourism and was unsure about the service and all the details. Well this company put me at ease during the entire process and helped me navigate the process. I cannot say enough about the courtesy, professionalism and speed in which this was handled. My thanks to all who work there and keep up the exceptional service. read more

Amazing! These guys are rock stars. I had to have a Chinese visa like, yesterday. It was around the holdays and they made it happen! They called me to update me on every detail and really went to bat for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

I've never written an online review before- either positive or negative- but I was so impressed by the way VisaRite handled my visa application package that I had to say something about it. I had to arrange visas for a group of 7 musicians to perform in Shanghai. I live in Boston and the visas had to be hand- delivered to the NY Chinese consulate and I knew I'd need agency to do that for me. I was initially attracted to VisaRite because they were less expense than most other agencies. I was a little concerned they might not be as quick or knowledgeable as some other agencies. I couldn't be more pleased. I had a fairly complicated visa situation and VisaRite was amazingly responsive with the many questions I had. I generally got a response within 30 minutes after I sent them an email, and the different people I dealt with were always extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They addressed my concerns with great detail. All my visas were processed quickly, and they were all approved and returned to me about a week before I expected to receive them. I hate to think what would have happened without VisaRite's help, and I can't imagine another company being so effective and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and I'll certainly use them again. Be sure to take advantage of their online application form. It will save you a ton of time" read more

VisaRite was fantastic in helping me get a Chinese work visa. Their step by step instructions made it so easy to gather all of my documents, and their staff are incredibly helpful and professional. When I ran into a problem with my visa, a VisaRite rep actually called me and continually sent me updates to help me get it worked out. I would definitely recommend them if you need to obtain a China visa. read more

The service offered by Visa Rite was exceptional from even before sending my application out, by politely answering my questions both over the phone and be email in a very timely manner (thank you Ivy). Also once my documents arrived at the office, the review process went fast and updates were sent on every step keeping me relaxed that my application was in good hands. Extremely pleased with the whole process! read more

Ok so if you didn't know it you need a visa to travel to China. With only 10 days before our trip we unfortunately made this discovery. Not only that but you have to send your passport to an embassy to receive a visa. Visa rite was amazing! We used the express service and got our passports back with our visas with three days to spare. Thanks to this company we had a wonderful trip to China. They were able to answer all our questions and get everything done so quickly it was perfect. read more

I used this service to get a visa to visit China. I found it to be the most legitimate and affordable which excellent customer service. I had many questions and they were able to answer them all fully. I had no problem getting a hold of a real person to discuss my questions on the phone which was reassuring. My visa was approved quickly and I received everything back much quicker than anticipated. I would recommend Visa Rite to anyone looking for Chinese visa services. I have many friends who used other services and had their visas denied on the first try and spent much more than I did. read more

Needed a Chinese visa rather quickly. From the step-by-step on the Visarite website, to the communication once they had my information, the service was top-notch. The turnaround time was much quicker than I expected as well. Once I received my visa, I had a question and emailed their service department. The response came within minutes. So often, it takes days to get a response (if you get one at all) from corporate "contact us" email boxes. Visarite proved that they're serious about turnaround time and service. Highly professional every step of the way and refreshingly easy. I have 100% confidence and will absolutely use this service again. read more

I asked a very simple question about the possibility of getting a visa and the company could not answer my questions. It was a very simple question, so its obvious that this company has very little knowledge of visa procedures. If you have a company that does visas, you should be able to answer simple questions about procedures, so do not rely on them for information. read more

I recently applied for a Chinese visa through VisaRite and could not have been more pleased with their wonderful service. I called them countless times with many questions and each person I talked to was so very helpful and patient. And when you call them a real person answers the phone, never a recorded message or endless options to choose from, you talk instantly with a real person. They also send you emails to inform you that your application has been received and reviewed and the projected time it will take to process the visa. They also email you to inform you when it was issued and when you will receive it. Excellent service, I highly recommend VisaRite! read more

As near as I can tell they do not actually do anything other than process forms, and do a marginal job at that. They are a glorified courier service only. After explaining several times that a multiple entry visa was needed for China because of a long layover on part of the trip (12 hour layover, for entry to Shanghai before going on to Korea and then back to Beijing) they failed to relay anything to the consulate and it appears they just dropped off the forms for standard processing that anyone could do. I did confirm that the paperwork requested a multiple entry, they simply failed to properly relay the request to the consulate. I have also made a follow up call and they confirm they will not do anything to fix this and they tried to explain to me that because the layover is for in the airport only I do not need a visa. So despite multiple times explaining that an entry for the Shanghai stop was needed in writing, they still failed to do anything more than act as a courier. read more

We have used twice. Great company. Service were fast, accurate, and professional. Will use them every time.

As suggested by Visarite, I used UPS to send Visarite my passport for visa processing. Either UPS or Visarite lost my passport, and I may have to cancel my trip abroad. I advise using a different visa processing company. read more

One of the worst companies!!!! Bad service and bad manner!!! They ask clients to pay more money to upgrade to a 'quicker' service, but actually there are only two different service level in China Embassy. All they want is money, do not waste your time and money! read more

This place is totally unorganized and unprofessional. They obviously aren't native speakers of English because when they message you back, you can hardly understand what they're talking about. They don't tell you exactly what you need to know until after it's too late. In short, poor communication. I had to request my visa application be returned because of their incompetence. Also, after going with another visa agent for my China visa, it was half the price of Visa Rite!! Don't waste your time with Visa Rite. You'll just be out a lot of time, money and patience. read more
