Professional and trustworthy company. Two years ago, I wanted to apply for the Chinese visitor visa. There is a language barrier, I may need to visit the embassy, and there are other issues. Visa Rite was great and delivered as they promised. We did not discover that my wife's passport was expiring on an upcoming trip and we were leaving in 7 business days. Visa Rite was very thorough, they had us scan and send them all documentation via email for their review to insure that the documents would meet the standards required. Once they responded that the documents looked good we sent for overnight delivery. They received on a Tuesday and submitted documents on Wednesday. Received the passport back on Friday and shipped it back to me over night and I received on Saturday am. They are very meticulous even to the point of calling me on Wednesday morning and expressing concerns about the quality of the passport photo. As a backup my wife took another set of pictures and we sent them overnight just in case the agency rejected the pictures we supplied. If it had been rejected then Visa Rite had the back up photos and assured me they could do a resubmission on Monday and get the passport back the same day and send to me on Tuesday am. We were leaving that Tuesday. Fortunately the agency accepted the original picture and we did not need to resubmit. Visa Rite was very meticulous and detail oriented through the whole process. For this business purpose, it was a rush order, so again, they saved me by handling everything easily. Loved using this visa service! I wish they all were as courteous as VisaRite. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and nice. Received the visa a day earlier then promised and I also got email updates as the when they received my package and when the visa was issued. All the needed forms were on their website, and they accept credit card payment, which not all services do. Unfortunately they only do visas for China and Brazil, otherwise I'd use them exclusively! The only downside to VisaRite is they are located in NJ so you can't messenger documents over, but have to FedEx them for AM delivery before 10:30 AM. read more

Here is a quick break down of my experience: First I went to the Chinese embassy in New York, nothing was accomplished there, it's basically the DMV. Second I found this service. The guy on the phone, who I unfortunately don't remember his name, was very helpful. I like to move fast and this guy knew what he was talking about. He told me everything I needed to do in less than five minutes, I completed the paper work, and in five days flat I have my visa to China ready to go. Now, the only negative I have to say about this place is the price. It is very expensive. After I had all of my paper work and passport FedEx to them, and had all of the processing done, it ran me about $315. I did in fact pay for rush service which was great, but I think everyone understands, price is price. What I will say is the good ole' saying, "you get what you pay for". That statement could not be more true for this service. While expensive, they are fast, they are very professional, and very safe with your personal information. If you out there are thinking of using this service, stop here, you found the RITE service! I know that was cheesy haha, but any company that runs itself so efficiently deserves all the praise. The employees at this company are extremely rude. I called to try and get some information about the authentication services and they would only direct me to their website. If I had more direct questions, they couldn't answer them properly. The person I was speaking to kept saying that we were talking about different things, but it was clear he just didn't know what he was talking about. He didn't want to help me or answer the questions, so he said he was busy and needed to go. He was extremely rude. I highly recommend not working with this company. There are others to choose from. I've never written an online review before- either positive or negative- but I was so impressed by the way VisaRite handled my visa application package that I had to say something about it. I had to arrange visas for a group of 7 musicians to perform in Shanghai. I live in Boston and the visas had to be hand- delivered to the NY Chinese consulate and I knew I'd need agency to do that for me. I was initially attracted to VisaRite because they were less expense than most other agencies. I was a little concerned they might not be as quick or knowledgeable as some other agencies. I couldn't be more pleased. I had a fairly complicated visa situation and VisaRite was amazingly responsive with the many questions I had. I generally got a response within 30 minutes after I sent them an email, and the different people I dealt with were always extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Ok so if you didn't know it you need a visa to travel to China. With only 10 days before our trip we unfortunately made this discovery. Not only that but you have to send your passport to an embassy to receive a visa. Visa rite was amazing! Needed a Chinese visa rather quickly. From the step-by-step on the Visarite website, to the communication once they had my information, the service was top-notch. The turnaround time was much quicker than I expected as well. Once I received my visa, I had a question and emailed their service department. The response came within minutes. As near as I can tell they do not actually do anything other than process forms, and do a marginal job at that. They are a glorified courier service only. After explaining several times that a multiple entry visa was needed for China because of a long layover on part of the trip (12 hour layover, for entry to Shanghai before going on to Korea and then back to Beijing) they failed to relay anything to the consulate and it appears they just dropped off the forms for standard processing that anyone could do. I did confirm that the paperwork requested a multiple entry, they simply failed to properly relay the request to the consulate. I have also made a follow up call and they confirm they will not do anything to fix this and they tried to explain to me that because the layover is for in the airport only I do not need a visa. So despite multiple times explaining that an entry for the Shanghai stop was needed in writing, they still failed to do anything more than act as a courier. read more
