I called Visa Network with some questions about getting help with obtaining a visa into Vietnam. The representative I talked with - Vanessa - was really helpful. She was very pleasant and I clearly felt she was interested in giving me the best guidance and advice possible. I still don't know if I will try to do an eVisa myself through the local Vietnam Consulate or go through Visa Network and I told Vanessa that. While I was so busy nagging my boyfriend to get his passport renewed 2 months before our Europe trip, I forgot to check mine... no, I was very sure that mine was expiring in 2024 so I decided not to check. 5 weeks before my trip, I happen to take a peep at it and completely freaked tf out. Due to the long processing times, there was no way I could get my passport back in time for my trip. I spent 3 days from 5 AM - 8PM calling the Passport Agency to get an appointment. Nothing, they had nothing. And if they had something, it was in the next 24-72 hours in another state. After doing some digging around, I came across Visa Network. If you're ever in a pickle with your passport, forget every other agency, just come to them. A few reasons as to why you should choose them as your new passport agency: 1. They reassured me, listened, asked me about my trip, gave me advice and next steps. They made me feel so valued and heard. 2. They are extremely personable, empathetic, organized, thorough, transparent about their prices (which are reasonable compared to other agencies charging to $800-$1000's), and they returned my calls and messages in a timely manner. 3. I sent out all of my paperwork and old passport on June 26th, I picked up my new passport today (July 13th). I had chosen for my passport to be expedited in 4-5 weeks but they got it back to me in 2 weeks + some days. 4. I opted to go pick up my passport in the office in SF. The office is easy to find, garage parking wasn't too bad, and the team had me open my passport there to ensure it was correct. I was extremely worried about giving such an important document to some stranger who might mess it up, overcharge me for their services, and not get my stuff back in time, but they proved me soo wrong! I cannot thank Marcus and his team enough! I was a ball of anxiety and stress for days. I don't know how it's possible that he got it back to me so quickly, but he did the damn thing. I first contacted Visa Network after a standard passport renewal by mail fell apart when I received a letter back from the Passport Center informing me that I didn't include my passport book in the renewal envelope. I did include it. So, now, the expiring passport I mailed in for renewal was lost. The standard renewal process was now off the table. I freaked-out. I called Visa. Marcus from Visa was so very nice, calm, and helpful. I was now going to need to do a new application for a passport no matter what, but I had time, so I tried to go down the standard path on the new application I now needed to do. I scheduled a visit at a passport agency at the earliest I could and went. I was able to overnight the new application to the Passport center and thought I was going to be okay. After checking my passport application status daily for weeks then into months, and as my international travel date approached, I started to lose all hope it was going to work out. I reached-out again to Visa and let them know I was going to need their help. Two weeks before my travel, I toughed it out on the Passport Information phone line after hours and hours of waiting on-hold to alert them I needed the passport application processed and my travel was within two weeks. They acknowledged but were non-committal. The date on that application was now 4 months (16+ weeks) prior and I had no confidence and they could not get me an in-person meeting with an agency. They were overwhelmed and frozen. Connecting back with Visa, I followed their excellent checklist of required documents and collected all the items I would need. I moved through the process with them. I had to scramble on my end, but I did everything they needed me to do and got them everything they needed. Visa called me yesterday to let me know they had my passport and I quickly drove down to get it. Every member of staff that I talked with on the phone and in person could not have been nicer. They made it happen after months of stress and drama, I am able to attend a family wedding that felt like it was going to be impossible. Thanks Marcus and team! read more

The guys are 5 Stars ++++ When you need a passport in less than a week - they will calmly guide you through the process. If you follow the instructions, you will get the passport. Going to add to the list of reviews here. If you're like me, life got in the way, and you forgot to renew your passport, and you need it ASAP. I was skeptical and after calling for an appointment, the only place that I could get was on the day AFTER my flight and in Seattle. I looked around for passport services, and many charge exorbitant fees. Many seemed sketchy or just like they were in to hustle people and take advantage of people's desperation. With the amount of glowing reviews and the offer for a 48-hour turn around and few options, I decided to give Visa Network a chance. I was absolutely heartbroken before calling thinking I was out of options but Marcus was calming and assured me I would have my passport by the Wednesday before my trip. Honestly? I didn't believe anything until I had the passport in hand. I went inside the office which is clean and unassuming but was serviced quickly, and I was able to get my photos done with them easily. I did not need to get anything else. Since I had my passport in hand and had not started the process, it was simple. I turned it in on Thursday, they had their meeting with the consulate on Friday and I had my passport done by Tuesday afternoon when I got a call from the office. I couldn't believe it until I went in on Wednesday morning and, sure enough, had my passport! Incredible service and turnaround. Everyone is extremely kind, and they know what they're doing. If you're in a desperate situation or just hoping to have someone work the process for you, Visa Network is absolutely the company to do it with. While I don't hope to do any more 48 hour turnarounds, I know if I need any more passport services in the future, I would absolutely go to them first. Planned a trip for my family over the holidays and my dad realized his passport had expired! With a little over a week before our flight, I was able to contact Marcus through Yelp over the weekend (off business hours) and he gave me information and even his number to contact. Monday came and with no appointments available at the federal agency, I gave Marcus a call and he was able to move another client to fit us in since our deadline was approaching fast. He was easy to speak with over the phone and explained the entire process. They allowed my dad to come in and ask all the questions he needed to feel comfortable with their service as well. 48 hours later, just before the Christmas holidays (and fed agency shutdown), they called to inform me they've received the passport! They included the federal agency receipts, and gave us back all our documents. Marcus and George are amazing! I can not recommend them and the team at Visa Network more, truly great guys who were able to help me expedite getting my boss's passport renewed. My boss realized that his passport only had 2 blank pages left before he was about to fly out to Asia. As you can no longer add on pages to passports, we had to get his passport renewed. George met me at SFO airport to drop off my passport to me during a small layover. We had to get 5 visas to China, which was a complicated, slightly stressful process. Visa Network made it as easy as possible and despite some hiccups in the process (on the end of what the Chinese consulate wanted from us) Visa Network got it done in two weeks. Flying to San Francisco from Seattle, waiting in line all day and then having our initial application rejected would have been a nightmare. This is an easy five star review. Elias on the phone answered every question I had. I was nervous about turning over my passport to this business, and then depend on them to fill out the forms correctly, get it to the Chinese Consulate and back. I can say now my fears were entirely misplaced. Applying for a visa to China is not easy (I am a lawyer). The rules on the website are not clear, and much of it is word of mouth. This company does this all of the time. I thought I had to appear in person given the tight deadline with my flight bookings. I waited hours outside the consulate to get in and gave up (this consulate actually is just very busy, they're efficient at processing). All of that was unnecessary. Visa Networks does this all the time, and has done so, for years. For a modest fee I didn't need to stand in line to drop off my application or pick it up from the consulate. Visa Networks actually discovered that my wife's driver's license was expired (CDL is required for traveling with minors), and helped me with a workaround. If I hadn't had used that, I would not have noticed that, and in all likelihood the consulate would have rejected by application and I would not have had a visa in time for my flight. Elias learned of the big lines this time of year, predicted it would take three days to get the visa, not two, reduced my expedite fee, and he was right! The office itself is conveniently located in the Flood Building very close to the Powell Street BART. I think the normal fee is $75 without expedite, the expedite is not much more. I am not sure why someone would wait hours and forego the advice of this company. Spend the $75, go to Baker Beach for the morning, and rest assured that Visa Networks will get the paperwork done right. read more

These guys are good! Very responsive, and they happily give you updates on your travel visa status on the phone. It might be cheaper to go down to the consulate and get a visa yourself, but you will end up wasting a day waiting in lines (just try getting one at the Chinese Consulate in SF someday). Also, if you're in a hurry and have to do a last-minute visa application, these guys will do it for you. It ain't cheap-- but cancelling a trip due to lack of a visa at the last minute is more expensive. Another bonus is that now they have a lot of the application forms on line, which you can download and fill out in advance. You just download the forms, fill them out and sign them, then fax them with your order form. You then FedEx your forms plus your passport and a passport photo to them, and they take care of the rest, FedExing your passport with the required visa back to you a short time later.
