They couldn't tell us what the maids actually did but wanted to charge us $80 more to have them come back and finish this "basic cleaning". When we told them we either wanted a refund or to have them come do the job they told us they'd do because we had already paid $250 for nothing, we were told (and I quote): "YOU CAN DREAM ABOUT GETTING A REFUND OR THAT WE WILL SEND ANOTHER MAID OUT WITHOUT CHARGING BUT IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN." I shared that if the recruiter that took the call gave us the wrong information, that was on them and the business needed to eat the cost and educate their employees vs taking it out on the customer. He then proceeds to argue with us and insult us some more (including calling us cheap for not wanting to pay $80 more) before hanging up. End of day, we didn't get the service that was described to us and are out money without any resolution. I would absolutely NEVER book them again and would warn anyone that does of this shady business. Incredibly professional and a waste of time and money.

If two people are part of that team and it takes them about two hours for a regular cleaning, that equates to a total of $270 for cleaning a 1,400 square foot house. That seems rather excessive. Those of you reading this, you should be very concerned about the rates and poor quality (see pics) for the Maids' services. Tread carefully when considering The Maids for cleaning services.
