I can't speak for the other stuff on the menu and to be honest I'm not a huge fan of vegan food, but I think we lucked out and the soup of the day was a creamy smoked fish type of chowder and it was SOOOO GOOD. Next time I'll make sure to call in to see when they serve this chowder again!!! Also... the salad. Fresh ingredients and they were so accommodating to sub beets with sprouts since my husband can't have beets . Their dressings are made in house I believe and it tastes so good - especially the creamy sesame one and also the ginger honey dressing! To die for!!!! Totally a game changer when added to the salad. Hearth strikes a perfect balance of using high quality, healthy ingredients, while still being affordable. I hope that more restaurants like Hearth open up all over the world. I had the miso soup, it was vegan, soy free, and dairy free, and even though I have no allergies, sensitivities, or ethics based restrictions, I thought it was a tasty bowl of soup, and would happily stop by again for another one, or to try something else.
